We've been ordering here since October of 23. Pizza was always great, my wife loved the stuffed shells also. Everyone was friendly that waited on us. The last 3 times we ordered a pizza it was cold. They don't take your name or give you a number. They get busy and I believe you are getting someone else's pizza. We called and the owner was rude and now he just lost a good customer!

We had an amazing experience. Food was so fresh, authentic Italian. Our server was the son of owner, didn't get his name, but the service rivaled the meal.Will definitely stop again!!
Food was eh. The main course anyway. The appetizers and side dishes and salads, AMAZING.Service was decent till it came down to our main meal coming out! Over an hour to finally have our main dish! (We all had noodle items. Alfredo, spaghetti and eggplant parm.)AMAZING ATMOSPHERE’❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

What an awesome surprise to find an authentic Italian restaurant in tiny Bethel, PA! The little neck clams appetizer was delicious as was the penne with vodka sauce and the pizzas that we ordered for the main courses. We had beer and wine with our meal, so that was a nice touch. Our waiter was excellent too!

We have ordered take out from Vesuvio's twice. The first time they forgot to make my daughter's meal. There was no apology or discount given. We ordered again tonight. When my husband went to pick up our meal, they claimed they had not received our order. After insisting that I must have called the wrong number, they checked the caller ID for my phone number and saw that I called; however, they had no record of the order. They proceeded to make our order and charged us full price. No apology, no consideration for the fact that we had now waited over an hour for our food. I called and requested to speak to the manager. I informed him of the issue and he replied, we took your order and then got busy. I explained that was poor business practice and they would end up losing business when word gets out about these types of situations. He then told me to go ahead and tell everyone how horrible of a business they are and to make sure no one patronizes their business. I have never posted a review on Facebook before; however, I felt compelled to leave this review since the gentleman I spoke to was beyond disrespectful when I spoke to him. The food is decent, but the attitude and customer service are severely lacking. If you wish to play dinner roulette and see if you're lucky enough to have your order made at all or in it's entirety, feel free to try this establishment. If you want to be sure you'll receive your meal, I would suggest going elsewhere.
