My favorite place in Bethlehem!!! I had to have two glasses of their freshly squeezed orange juice, so delightful. I loved the smooth cashew yogurt texture and fresh strawberry/ blueberry flavors in the Bed Head parfait. So Yummy! I will be back for sure!Vegetarian options: Tiramisu Waffle is amazing!!

the waffles were so goooooooooooood but the chicken was kinda weird but overall it was good loved it got to go back! But i wish there were more seats next to the windows. Katlyn served us and she was nice.

Absolutely delicious. I had the chicken and waffles, husband had biscuits and gravy followed by a cinnamon roll. The hash brown tots? Other worldly good! Couldn’t stop licking our fingers.

I ordered the chicken and waffles, cinnamon roll, and a coffee. That cinnamon rolls was so bomb ? the chicken and waffle was pretty good. My only constructive criticism would be with the chicken itself. Way too thick and would taste better if the two hunks they made into four strips or nuggets. The flavor overall was pretty tasty. Wish I received two waffles

We loved our brunch at this cute little spot when passing through PA. It's cozy and clean with booths as well as tables with a street view. The young woman behind the counter greeted us warmly and took our order. There was a short wait for the food, which is to be expected when it's fresh and cooked to order. I had the vegan chicken and waffles which were crazy delicious. The crispy coating on the chicken had pepper in it just like my grandma used to make. The waffle was light and perfect. (Note: neither of these is gluten-free.) My husband had the hash, a tofu scramble with peppers and potatoes. I'd have liked to see a kale salad side option or something similar to get some green in the meal, but it's just a flat-out scrumptious comfort food meal. We will try to hit it again on our way back. Sorry for the photos; I forgot to take them before we dug in lol.

Excellent food, super-friendly fast service, & mellow ambiance! Easy listening music that's not so loud you can't hear whomever you're talking to. Well worth the time to check it out! I've already made a list of people I'll need to bring here! I had the Tiramisu Waffle, 'Bacon', & Scramble with Lavender coffee and cashew milk. My only problem is there's no more. I meant to take half home, but I couldn't resist! So glad I looked up when I was walking nearby & decided to try it!
