Bonn Place Brewing Company Brewery • $
310-14 Taylor St, Bethlehem

“..generated with the assistance of ChatGPT.. I recently visited Bonn Place Brewery and had a great time. The beer was fresh and stayed true to the style it was brewed to be. I had a Belgian strong ale called Merci, which was complex and delicious. The flavors of blackberry and chocolate blended together perfectly, and the unique spice finish was pleasant. I also tried their Schwarzbier (Echonacht) and Melesa’s Wings IPA, both of which were unique and flavorful. To top it all off, I ordered a traditional cappuccino served with a side of dark chocolate. It was the perfect way to end my visit. The people here are so friendly and welcoming, and they truly value everyone that comes through their doors. If you’re a beer enthusiast, new to the scene or just looking for a great place to hang out you would be hard pressed to find anything better.Overall, I highly recommend Bonn Place Brewery to anyone looking for a great beer and coffee experience. Come on Tuesday, leave your spandex at home but bring your favorite vinyl. You won’t be disappointed!“

Hop Hill Brewing Co Brewery • $
1988 Blair Avenue, 1988 Friebley Ave, Bethlehem

“What a great vibe from a nice smaller brewery. Super dog friendly, as they have bowls for water for your pup! The beers were diverse as well something for everything. They have a blonde that has all the coffee aromas and totally doesn't look like it should be a blonde!Update, different Blonde, but has even more coffee and caramel notes. Try the Wake Up Call!“

Sherman Street Beer Company Brewery • $$
1825 E Tremont St, Allentown - 3.05 miles

“Sorta out of the way but the bar was busy. Nice flights, I had a glass of white Tolino Wine. It was good but only one red and one white available. Looked like a good cocktail menu. We split the pretzel nuggets and a good cheesesteak panini. Very crunchy and meaty. Service was fine and the place was nice and clean.“

Yergey Brewing Brewery • $
235 Main St, Emmaus - 8.8 miles

“Great brewery in the cool Borough of Emmaus. They brew some wonderful beers in several styles. I love dark brews and they always have a few selections from stouts to Baltic Porter. Don't like beer? They have cider, wine, and cocktails. They often have a food truck and we have so many good ones in the Valley. And you can bring your own food -+ there are many nearby food choices including a pizza shop, hoagie/steak sandwich place, Thai, etc. and nearby BOOKSTORES.“

“A nice small brewery in an industrial incubator. I sold selection of porters and stouts with a few sours, Ales, and IPAs. They had a good dead style band playing. Good beer and nice staff what more could you want? Perhaps the meadery nextdoor which looks very tempting. ?“

Funk Brewing Company Brewery • $$
518 Bank St, Emmaus - 9.06 miles

“We have been wanting to make it out to Funk Brewing for a few years now as it's over an hour from Philadelphia. Well, we made the trip on Sunday! We met up with some of my boyfriends family and it was a great afternoon! There were five is us. I enjoyed the Brownie Surprise stout and a can of the lemon shandy. Both were very good! My boyfriend got a flight and a beer after that although I forget which one. The shandies were a hit with the rest of our party. It's a great space! I think they just opened this location. From what I gather they usually have a food truck too. The food was great from the one that was there the day we went!We will definitely be going back!“

Lost Tavern Brewing Brewery • $$
782 Main St, Hellertown - 3.47 miles

“This place is awesome! Will definitely be back for music. Beer is great and they have canned cocktails(I had the vodka soda cranberry lime) which are yummy. On Sunday when we were there they had the Alpaca food truck which was DELICIOUS!!! My only suggestion is no kids. There were kids running around which was annoying. Not the establishments fault, but I wish parents would understand Noone thinks your kids are cute and fun EXCEPT for you. Bars are no place kids.“

High Point Kombucha Brewery •
905 Harrison St, Allentown - 5.82 miles

“First time visiting High Point Kombucha and it was a great experience! The owner is very friendly and gave us samples prior to us selecting a 16 oz draft and a couple to go cans. The kombucha flavors are unique and fresh, they have both seasonal and more of their flagship flavors. My absolutely favorite was Loyalsock, but all were great. The can designs are also really neat. Would for sure suggest checking them out and can’t wait to go back and stock up on delicious and healthy kombucha.“

Sage Alley Brewery & Grille Brewery • $$
213 N Main St, Coopersburg - 7.82 miles

“We recently booked Sage Alley for a private party for a group of about 30. Steven was excellent to work with on the details and very accommodating to all my requests. The food was outstanding - could not have asked for better! The service was excellent - the server paid careful attention to our needs - kept our drinks filled and the tables cleared. I would definitely recommend this facility for a private party with a casual, relaxed atmosphere. The front lawn area is an added bonus with comfy chairs and a cornhole game to use when weather permits. My husband and I also ate at the bar on another occasion and here again the food was great - the burger was cooked just right, my chicken sandwich was very tender, and their house made nacho chips were terrific! Would definitely recommended Sage Alley any time!“

“Such amazing customer service here. I got their beet chicken salad that had pistachios as well in it & feta cheese crumbles. It all blends so well together. I also had their special spiced aperol spritz! So SO good! It made me love their version of Spritz so I’ll have to come here more often just for that.“
