Horrible experience in Bethlehem, Pa on 10/23/2022. Ordered the greek lamb burger to go. It was a plain burger with some russian (salmon colored dressing). Where was the tzaziki sauce? Where was the lamb? Burger was flatter than the tomato slice. Never eating there again. One employee was eating dominos pizza at the counter, while the other was busy facetiming a relative overseas during the entire order and prep. Unreal. Didn't even give me a paper receipt. No fountain drink machine for my "meal deal"..they gave me a 25c 12oz can of coke. In fact the fountain drink machine is gone. Looks like they are ready to go out of business. My son's 'angus' burger looked identical to mine. We couldn't tell the difference until I noticed his had a slice of american cheese on it. Unbelievable. Spent $23.27. Not worth it.

The crispy chicken is nothing more than a frozen chicken patty that was over fried. The fries would have been good if they were hot. The burger patty is as thin as paper. Do not eat here. We got our money back and went to Sheetz!Parking: Plenty of parking and now we know why.

1.5 days on the road for work. Found this and wanted to try it before we finally got to our hotel. Checked Google and your website. Hours said you were open. Arrive to find it closed.Pathetic. Can't change hours anywhere so folks know. Not even on your hours sign. Just a piece of paper that says closed on M,T,W.

Overall experience was very disappointing. This is one of the very few halal spots in Allentown, PA so wife and I had to try it while visiting nearby. We lived in Allentown for awhile and visited multiple times and this location has very weird hours. On this our 3rd time stopping, luckily the location was open.When ordering, I couldn’t order the family meal because they didn’t have wings, they didn’t have chicken for their chicken slider choices, the soda choices were a choice of 3-4 cans of soda instead of fountain drinks. Wife said the bathroom was very clean for the women, but when I went into the Men’s bathroom - it was the darkest bathroom because of a super low wattage lightbulb.Food was mediocre and took very long to make. Overall, wouldn’t visit again not because food is bad but the overall experience could easily be beaten at a Crown Fried chicken if I wanted a burger or chicken.

This was a disappointing burger experience for many reasons!! The burgers are SMALL. The takeout order was completely messed up. Requested fried onions were raw, the requested bacon was on the wrong burger, and the fries are NOT EVEN the fries they advertise on the site. They are the bagged, frozen regular french fries, not the advertised unique fries that they advertise. Fries and food was cold. DISAPPOINTING! Let's not forget to mention that I paid over $50 to feed three people who were still hungry. This is completely overpriced for what it is!!

I have not been to Burgerim in about a year, but used to visit pretty regularly. I was hungry for a great burger, so I went to Burgerim! Well, I was completely disappointed! My order was "to go", when i got home and opened the containers, I was shocked! I was like thats not Burgerim food! No seasoned potatoe wedges and the burger, small, thin, the bun was like the bargain ones from a local grocery store! I paid almost $11 for a burger and fries I could have gotten at Burger King for much less! I did notice that all the reviews currently on this site are from several years ago! Did the owners change? I don't usually take the time do write reviews, but when I see such a drastic change, someone needs to know! Unfortunately, I wont be back!

First clue was when no one came in the entire time we were there. Tiny little hard patty. The rest of ingredients were fresh thiugh and the service was fine. I’m guessing this place is closed before too long.

I'll give a star to the staff and for offering gf buns. They were great. We dined in and the dining room was empty. That should have been our first sign to leave. We ordered 3 burgers on gf buns and a chicken sandwich. The buns were the best part of the burgers. They perfect. The burger itself was a tasteless, dry, thin, flavorless patty. We probably won't be back again. I feel sorry for the staff.

If there was 0 star rating, I would have chosen that. The chicken in the sandwich was overburned from the outside and too hard to chew and swallow. Same issue with the chicken strips. All interior lights in the restaurant were turned off for some reason at 7:30 pm! It was sloghtly hot inside and I can bet the air conditioning was not working. The restaurant washroom smelled like a slaughter house, it was very unclean. Going there and having their food was my biggest mistake in 2022. If you don't believe me, just go and try. This used to be one of the best restaurants in Bethlehem back in 2019 and i'm shocked to see the was this restaurant is treated by employees.

You can also create a duo or trio of mini-burgers to get an even bigger variety.They offer turkey, chicken, lamb, beef, and plant-based alternatives. They also make milkshakes.Lamb burger was tasty and a great alternative to beef, although the patty was thin. Sweet Potato Fries were crispy and good. Onion rings are Big Wally's favorite, these were OK.They offer dining in, take out, and delivery.Friendly staff, clean dining room. Bathroom had a funky smell, but looked clean.

Burgers were dry and overcooked. One burger had bacon on it and had a massive piece of bacon fat on it. Fries were undercooked and not salted. Onion rings were burnt and completely inedible. Spent $35 on 2 meals and burger, and it wasn’t even mediocre food. The gas station next door makes better food than this. Also cook wasn’t wearing any type of hair restraint and we had a hair on the to go container.

I tried this place for the first time tonight, and we were highly displeased.I ordered the sweet and smokey Spanish beef, and the app indicated it would have "cheese, pepper, and olive oil." It turns out it is some kind of mayo, jalapeño peppers, and some kind of white cheese. If I had known it was a "spicy" item, I wouldn't have ordered it.We were also double charged for fries and onion rings, and the burgers were dry and sloppy.I am also really confused as to who you are.. We ordered from Rocket Burger.. But that doesn't exist.. Only this BurgerIM place.. Is this some kind of scam attempt?We will not be returning.

I'm not one for negative reviews, but this isn't the BurgerIm it once was, and not great for vegetarians. Ordering an impossible burger actually doubled the price of the combo (the Angus burger would have been HALF the price), not the same french fry style and everything we ordered that was fried was bitter.
