This restaurant can be found on Main St. in Bethlehem.For those of you who don't know, Mofongo is made with fried green plantains mashed together with chicharrones (crispy pork skin) and fresh garlic.I ordered Chicken Empanadas and Roasted Pork Mofongo. The Empanadas were some of the best I've ever had, and even though I'm not a huge fan of plantains, the Mofongo was enjoyable. It was good, I was expecting more honestly, I asked for the chicken Mofongo w the special house sauce but they didn't gave me the sauce instead they gave me this garlic butter which I didn't mind but if I asked for something in specific they should've asked if I still want it and on the menu says "garlic cream something " but it was just butter w garlic, me and my bf ordered empanadas which were good. The mofongos had good taste though ??Also our sever was kinda rude. Overall it was alright.
