Most of the time, (not all) I have to walk inside to get my order for a curbside pick up. They used to give out free pizza when they don't come out in time. They must have given out too many pizzas because they don't do that anymore.
I was passing by and wanted some pizza so decided to get dominoes pizza, ordered a medium sized pizza with pepperoni and pineapples and boneless chicken bites.
Pizza has been ok before. Pizza was rock hard once, cardboard another time. Didn't say anything. This time I added an extra 25% tip on top of delivery charge/fee. Was feeding the family. Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 Cokes. Pizza came and was cold. Guess what. They were 2 pizzas I didn't order. I called and lady said she'd check with delivery driver instead of just saying I'll have your pizzas delivered out to you. I wasn't going to wait for her to check with the delivery driver so I drove to the store. After I get there they had only one pizza of the two then tried to give me that and wait for the other one. I politely asked that both be fresh. Gratefully the manager Enrique refunded my order and gave me extra coke with two new pizzas. I was very appreciative of that. Thank you Enrique.
Horrible. I made an order of a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza + 2 toppings, they only put the 2 extra toppings that I paid. So I called to ask what could be done, and the guy hanged up on me. I don’t want coupons or discounts for a future purchase, because it won’t have one. I want me money back. Don’t waste you money here, I just threw 30$ in the garbage.

I had a horrible experience here with customer service and the managers attitude. I’ve contacted corporate many times over the same issue and still having to deal with the attitude of someone who suppose to be friendly. When I asked her, her name so that I can call corporate with the correct information she refused to give me her name. She made this entire ordeal unbearable and offensive. I’ve have never been berated over a meal before. Please watch out.

Do not waste your time with this location. The employee's are very disrespectful and unprofessional starting with Management. If you have a issue with an order and call to report the issue, You deal with incompetent Managers that refused to state their name. This place has employees holding a title that raises red flags and concerns. They are not to be trusted with your payment info let alone your food. I have yet to receive a refund for a $40.00 order because every time I call they hang up. Stacy answered the call and refused to provide the Manager that was on duty 12/14/23 after 5pm. After asking for a supervisor and UIF came to the phone and refused to provide her name. Demanded I provide my phone number to look up the order I never received the night before. Finally I get a name Kacy then Amber claims the driver called my cell phone but it was disconnected. Claims the driver did not have to knock at the door if he did not feel like it because of safety concerns. (Keep in mind I have ordered from this location plenty of times) The porch lights were on. No common courtesy for the drivers screw up just rudeness and unprofessionalism. This complaint will go far and wide until they remove the Manager on duty at this location who clearly has no customer service for their customers. Do not waste your money or time for your family on this location. Still waiting for a refund.

The men who delivered my pizza, was not late, but had no chance on him, and was rude to me, from the start, and then threw my pizza in his car, and drove off, I will never order Dominoes again!
