The absolute worst Dunkin ever. Whoever the manager is doing an absolutely terrible job, it’s insane. The staff reak of attitude. The food and coffee is terrible every time. They need to shut this Dunkin down don’t waste your time going here honestly.

I go to this Dunkin' Donuts pretty often but one thing that I been noticing is. They get mix up with frozen coffee with ice coffee frozen coffee and ice coffee or two completely different drinks. So when I say frozen coffee and I get a ice coffee.I am really unhappy.

Got food from here 2 months ago and this is how it came in the bag, I went back told the kids that were there and they said the bagels come like that , BUT YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THEY TOOK BITES FROM IT as well as it looks horrible who would eat this?? Never seen this ever in my life all of these Dunkin’s need to be shut down and have the health department come and take a look because this is unsafe and unhealthy.

Staff is disgustingly rude and made us stand there for over 30 minutes for 2 drinks... They hate making your drink properly and then they want to argue about it when it's not correct. Won't be spending my money here again

I went to the drive-through, waited there for at least two minutes and was never greeted so I drove around and parked and walked in, and there was no one at the counter. I peek over the counter to see some teenage girl basically hiding and texting on her phone. I rang the bell, and still no one came to the counter. I’ll never go back there. What a waste of time. It also says it’s under new management, doesn’t seem like this management any better than the old one

This place is awful! The coffee taste off all the time. I USED TO order every day as I live across the street but I’m done. Just go down the street to wawa because the amount of time you’ll wait in the drive thru your going to wish you just went inside. I usually just drink it but today I went back and kindly asked that they remake it. I started off with good morning got no reply so I just asked that she remake it as it had no flavor still no reply she hands me my drink I say thank you and still nothing just a stank face like I was a bother. Why would I continue giving my money to a place where nothing is ever made correctly and the customer service is trash? There are only two ladies there that don’t deserve this review, the young lady with the braids in the morning and a young spanish girl thats there in the afternoon. A re-train in customer service will go along way!
I live right behind this Dunkin but for some reason anytime I take a chance to order from there My order is never how I want it. Can never taste the sugar and the flavor is not is non-existent. The sticker is right but somehow the flavor isn't. Dunkin you gotta do better.

The guy who took my order was high as a kite. I needed to repeat a simple coffee order to him 3 times before he actually understood. The owners of this Dunkin’ need to hire people who aren’t crack heads. Do better.

I just moved to PA and was at my first day at a new job.. very hectic job btw!! I needed a latte/ double espresso!!!!!Went to the DD up from my job and I guess I needed one so badly I FORGOT my debit card got canceled due to fraudulent charges, awaiting my new card in the mail. I ordered it and my card got declined ??♀️ that’s when it all came to me, that the bank had cancelled my card. The cashier and manger OMG WERE SO SUPER NICE AND UNDERSTANDING all the while I’m feeling super guilty and embarrassed.Thank you Manger and Cashier, THANK YOU! ?

There was a sign saying hiring. I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, not toasted, and I got it anyway. I also got one jelly, doughnut, and a frozen hot chocolate. The line was out to the street. Awful service! Need much improvement!
