honestly i hate to say this but this KFC was 100% dissatisfying and coming from me that says a lot because i love KFC and usually go to the one on macarthur road, but last night i ended up having to go the hospital and got diagnosed with food poisoning the staff at KFC on Easton Ave looked dirty themselves and were kind of demanding and the biscuits they gave me were very doughy and there was also still fresh blood on multiple of the chicken thighs i received ; i called them this morning and apparently there was nothing they could do but i just find it very upsetting that i went there to enjoy a good KFC meal and got something that tasted like it came out the trash.

I got a $20 family meal. I pull up to the front window they was being rude. Food did not taste good at all, I also got a drink it was flat. I wake up the next day throwing up n basically got food poisoning due to how poorly the food was made.

Food is hit or miss here. The last time I grabbed food from this location was fine. I always order a side of gravy to dunk my nuggets in, and the container wasn't even half full. The mashed potatoes seemed to be under filled as well. Thankfully, it all tasted fine.

I FOUND TIME TODAY! Had my kid order 2 meals. Just a [1] breast meal. It doesn't come with drinks just 2 sides. They charged her for the wrong meals and then charged her for sides that already came with the order. To top it off they charged her for drinks that she never received. They rung them in and kept them. I went in to just have it rectified I said, "can i just get a refund and we can start over? I understand things happened" The manager on duty Rachel that wasn't any help just bad attitude, must not liked me saying that to charge for something and not give it is considered theft because then not only did they take my food but refused to give me a refund! 30$ for 2 meals with no drinks is ridiculous. It's just fast food but at this point it's the purpose/ the point! You messed up fine cool, correct it. Don't double down on your ego!!!!! Horrible service from grown adults! Apparently the general manager Melissa told the manager to NOT give me a refund until the regional manager showed up Like if I'm on her schedule. I was there willing to accept the correct food or my money.... I walked out with NEITHER and overall that is absolutely THEFT! Y'all could have descaled and resolved an issue but you decided to annoy me so much I had to leave this dumb ass review on how you can’t handle small issues on your own.

The General manager Rachel can't take orders, store was very messy, this store is doomed and she's rude finna call her higher ups because she thinks she's owns the store no baby you just run it you're not getting paid that much more then kitchen crew. Oh and just so you know the complaint is in ima push for you to lose that position honey the powers gone to your head love. You can't even run a kitchen some of us were management in fast food and knows how the store is suppose to be ran. I'm asking any leadership that reads this please contact me, but I'm sure I'll hear from them
