The drive thru experience here has really declined at this location. My order is not complicated. Quarter Pounder with just cheese. I get home, and my order is wrong for the past 3 visits. On top of that, they ask you to park & they bring it out to you. I understand that this is for service levels & they have to keep things moving. I have a feeling those same service levels do not apply when you are asked to park. I have waited an average of 20 minutes each time I pulled through. I would not even share all of this here if the prices weren't so high. Close to 50.00 for two Quarter Pounder Meals, 10 piece Chicken Nuggets, and apple pies? Again, prices went up everywhere, I get it. McDonald's charges more, but the attention to detail, service, and quality of food went way down. Any of the things I mentioned individually would not be a big deal, but experiencing them all together each time is unacceptable.

Long hair across my sandwich, but it didn’t start there. My family and I came through the drive-thru and waited 5 minutes at the pick up window simply because they couldn’t get a Sprite to pour. Not really a problem, it happens, but it was odd that it took so long. When we got home, I saw the long hair on my sandwich, so I drove back and brought it to the counter. It was taken without a word and replaced without a word. No apology, not even a registration of surprise. It was the lack of surprise and the nonchalance that ended up turning my stomach. In the end, I threw away my meal and will not be going back there.

The bagel was hard as a Rick and the hash brown was so dry that there was no potatoes, only hard burnt ends. I spent $9.00 and couldn't eat any if it. The sweet tea was good, but not worth $9 since everything else was not edible

Have been visiting more often due to learning to use thier app... not too bad at the Easton Ave/Stefko Blvd. location. I have no complaints... well, besides it's starting to get a little pricey.Kid-friendliness: McDonalds seems to be shifting away from being kid friendly until they are young teenagers (because of the technology)
