We recommend the duck dumplings and the fried calamari. Mister Lee’s noodle is good. Hot & Spicy Ramen does not meet my expectation, but their ramen is pretty good and definitely does not taste like the instant noodles in some other ramen restaurants.

I 'believe' this is run by the owners of Bolete, a farm to table restaurant which has received widespread recognition. There is ample seating and the staff is friendly. Their ramen or noodles are delicious. I think reasonably priced considering the large portion. Would visit again. Parking is a bit of a pain as it is near Bethlehem Steel.

If I want to have the best noods I go to Mr Lees. The server was attentive and kind. I ordered the purple panda bear and mushroom steamed buns. Soooo goood. Forgot to take a pic of my veggie ramen bc I ate it too fast. I wanted to eat by the wall but those seats don’t have back support. Other than that I have nothing but good memories of this place.Vegetarian options: Veggie ramen, mushroom steamed buns

We went for Valentine's Day and the food was incredible. You have to get Mike’s Tonkatsu! The beef in the Mr. Lee's Noodles melted in your mouth. My husband enjoyed the seafood ramen. The broth was rich and tasty. We will definitely be back.

Great food but horrible service. Had to get up multiple times to ask for items that should be provided. Drinks when people arrived, plates for sharing appetizers, drinks when glasses empty and silverware to eat desserts.

We ate here a bit late, but the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We started off with a glass of draft beer, and the staff informed us we got the last glass of the one we picked, and it was slightly underfilled. They responded by giving us a tasting of some of their other beers! We then ordered a couple dishes including wings, Mr Lee's ramen, and croquettes. Every single one was delicious. Our waitress even gave us our ramen in two separate bowls since we split it between two people. We also ordered their holiday rice pudding, which we typically don't order, but it was pleasantly a dessert I would now order again! Tldr: friendly staff, food is perfect, would highly recommend.

The food was good. The service mediocre. The drinks lame considering the prices. I'd do take out but would not dine in again.

Wow! I have eaten a lot of ramen, but this is at the top of my list. Everything about the ramen was perfect from the tender meat to the perfectly cooked egg. I live about an hour away, but will be making the trip up just to get these noodles again. A MUST try!

Mister Lee’s is our family’s go-to for casual dining with fantastic cocktails. For apps we love the pork tonkatsu and the crispy wings. Mister Lee’s ramen is their classic ramen and you really can’t go wrong with ordering it. They have rotating ramen specials and it’s always an adventure. Pictured is their Sticky Ramen featuring BBQ beef brisket and red beets. We also love the cocktails. I especially appreciate the frequent use of mezcal. The service is always fantastic and they are super family friendly.Kid-friendliness: They are super sweet to your kiddos and have high chairs.

Stopped by Mister Lee's last night before a show at the Wind Creek Event Center - there are a decent amount of food spots in the area but I think we picked the best one. Seating in the restaurant is a mix of individual tables, family-style benches, and a modest bar, but there's plenty of room and nothing feels too crowded. Mister Lee's has an impressive list of cocktails, beer, sake, and wine to kick things off and the bartender I had while waiting for some friends to arrive was great. Once seated, service was excellent - one of those rare situations where the server showed up right when they were needed each time. When the food came out I knew I was in the right place. I got the hot & spicy ramen with a side of "chicken and jazz", which was bites of fried chicken with a special sauce and jalapeno slices. Between the ramen and the chicken I was in heaven. Though not as spicy as I was bracing myself for, the ramen was absolutely delicious and the portion was very, very large. The others eating with me all enjoyed their food as well (fried chicken ramen, mushroom and tofu dumplings, spicy beef salad with noodles) and at the end of the meal we were all very satisfied and pleased with our choices. If you're looking to eat outside of WC Event Center or casino, I highly recommend Mister Lee's Noodles.

Best noodles around, it's a craving and fried chicken ramen is a consistent contender for the other dishes in rotation. All are soo good
