In a time where people are trying to make over the top recipes. It is refreshing to see a place that uses simple ingredients to make high quality dishes. Amazing brisket, pork ribs, mac and cheese (not overly cheesy). I highly recommend this place.

Pulled pork was good, ribs were tender, reasonablr portion. The tangy coleslaw made me think that maybe I should have gotten the potato salad.All in all a good experience.

First time we tried nicks BBQ and let me tell you it was by far the best briskets we had ever had this is definitely gonna be our regular spot to grab dinner from their Potato salad was amazing as well it wasn’t your typical potato salad it was absolutely delicious I was craving more after I finished itThanks Nick

I saw the FB article about Nick’s and thought I’d give it a try. Since dry rubbed ribs and brisket was my favorite, I’d go with those. After they were ordered, I was told they’d be ready in 10 minutes. When I got there, the one bringing out food told I am getting a full slab of ribs(I ordered half), I was excited. Imagine my shock, when I saw the slab was burnt. There was no meat falling off these bones; in fact the Jaws of Life couldn’t get this meat off. Brisket was no better; there was more fat than meat. And I LIKE moist brisket! With the money spent, I thought I’d have two days of meat; had to throw away. Not. Going. Back. Ever.

Phenomenal BBQ! The mac and Cheese was so creamy and delicious. I could eat this everyday! The Cornbread was sweet and not dry. The Pulled pork sandwich was moist without any sauce. Just incredible!
