It took 2 hours to get my order, it was obviously cold..when I called they told me to just heat it up in the oven??? So why did I order from them.. I could have just went to the store and got frozen pizza. They said they can send a new one but it will take 2 hours again.....are you understaffed, like why is it taking 2 hours?

If I could, I would give these guys negative stars. I ordered a pizza and garlic breadsticks tonight. We have not ordered from them in some time because of poor service in the past, but we gave it one more go. After an hour, (Delivery was supposed to be in 30 to 35 minutes), I checked the status online, it was supposed to be out for delivery. 30 minutes later, still no pizza, I called the store. I was placed on hold. While still on hold, the pizza gets delivered, about 1 hour and 40 minutes after the order was placed. The driver confessed she was the only driver on, I stated that the pizza was cold and that it was out for delivery for over 40 minutes. (I was still on hold with the store). She proceeded to tell me to deal with it with them, so I stayed on the phone. Roughly 10 minutes later, an individual gets on the phone and asks me to hold again. After an hour and five minutes on hold, I call the store again, from my son's phone. When they answer, (mind you I am still on hold on the other line), and I begin to explain the situation, they put me BACK ON HOLD ON BOTH LINES. Finally someone reasonable gets on the phone, asks if I would like a refund and then proceeds to tell me they apologize. When asked if that was how they treat their customers, we got a pacifying apology again and then dismissed the call. Service at this location has gone down hill significantly over the last couple of years. After having been our go to for quite some time, we will NEVER order from them again and I can't possibly recommend anyone else do so either. A picture of the phone call duration is posted as well.

Place needs a deep cleaning and they should not be handling food without gloves front door is stuck thought they were closed

Horrible I ordered twice first time was delivery took over 2 hrs and I'm 10 minutes away. Figured I'd give them another chance since I wanted to try the papadia. Absolutely not I bought the papadia and a pie to take to work the next day and it wasn't even the 1 I ordered I called back and guy put me on hold Nd wouldn't answer my calls
Literally the only reason I order here is for the pepper And they seem to always forget it :( Besides that it's good for fast pizza and delivery is on time.

Pizza said it was going to take two and a half hours to deliver. Staff did not answer the phone. Had to drive to the store to cancel the order. It was good otherwise.

Food was good and hot, and ready once I got there to pick it up. But it wasn't as advertised at all. And they forgot the sauce to my breadsticks. Outside of this experience, they are normally very good.
