Pete's Hot Dog Shop is an iconic part of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The business has been around since Pete Kourpas founded Pete's Hot Dog Shop back in 1937. It has changed hands since Pete started it, but continues to serve its community. As the name would imply, Pete's Hot Dog Shop has a focus on their hot dogs and that is what they ate best known for. Ive been going to Pete's since I was a kid and my dad has been going since before that. excellent Lehigh valley style chili dogs. Definitely worth a try if youre on the south side of Bethlehem.
Our friend Frank grew up in Bethlehem, and this was his favorite place to get hot dogs. Great chili sauce. The only problem is their hours, which made it difficult to finally make it there. But lots of fun, with their "Buy 4 get a fifth one free deal"
