Primo Hoagies has to be the most over priced Hoagie shop in the valley. Almost 20 bucks for a single Italian sub and chips. And it's not big. Poor ingredients, and no flavor.

Just picked up my sandwich and this will be the last time I order from here. My coworkers and I have noticed the quality of the food going down and still we've ordered. Today I picked up my American hoagie and can barely eat it, it's so dry no oil and vinegar, way to many onions and where are the tomatoes??? Not worth wasting my lunch time, and definitely not worth the $$$

Very slow the red head/ ginger gentleman working the counter is very rude and disrespectful. Inaccurate wait times they will have you sitting there 10 minutes before they tell you it's going to be awhile before they can make your 1 sub. They turn grubhub Doordash uber drivers away or tell them they will get to them when they get to them. I've been to this establishment many times and each time is the same. I won't be returning anymore the subs ain't good enough for the wait or aggravation.

This is a Sunday football staple. I don't engage in football what so ever, my hubby watches but this is our little tradition. Sandwiches are amazing, services is great.

Primo hoagies are always awesome. The staff didn’t seem to thrilled to be there but the food was delicious regardless.

Foods not bad but the prices are insane and service is poor. For a 9" Italian it somehow costs $13. Also had to wait 20 min for my order even though I was the only person in there for the first ten minutes. I guess they prioritize online orders over in person. Wouldn't recommend.
Horrible experience with PrimoHoagies today. We placed an order and only got half of it. My wife’s food never came.
When I called to make a complaint with the store a young lady (Andrea) closing the store (covering for Drew the Manager who initial said he would take care of the issue but left for the day) hung up on me repeatedly and refused to take my calls (hung up on me every time I called back nearly 50 times -See Below) and thus we got no resolve.
This has to be the absolute worse case of customer service I have ever experienced. This took place at the Bethlehem, PA store today 8/4.
Be careful ordering from this place. I know I never will again.
Below are all the calls I made to the store and her (Andrea) hanging up on me

The hoagies are way over priced. We ordered a turkey and cheese, I had asked 3 t times to add oregano but after the cashier kept asking I gave up. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak and after we waited 15 minutes it came out cold and the cheese was unmelted. He asked to reheat and they had an attitude. The quality and taste are least desirable as well. This was our first visit and will be our last.
Great food!
