We decided to go to Mis Riaces Columbian Resturant (Schoenersville Rd, Bethlehem) last evening for dinner. It is a new restaurant that just opened about a month or so ago and it is a "MUST TRY"! Had the south of the border Benedict and my friend had the Columbian Waffle. Both were delicious. The Benedict came with a side of potatoes which were cooked perfectly with onions and peppers. And for a healthy surprise, they served a little salad with it. Perfect touch. The waffle was so so good. It’s a bit rich so might want to share entrees…one sweet and o e savory. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu.Server was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend this restaurant and bakery. The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant and bakery were clean, updated and welcoming. And most importantly, the food was fresh and delicious! I didn't take pics of the empanadas, but they were excellent as well- filled with a tasty chicken and beef mixture .
