It gives me no pleasure to give negative reviews. Most of my reviews are 5 stars because if i have a negative experience i usually just don't go there again and leave it at that. Unfortunately there are no other deli’s close to me so i gave this deli a 2nd chance. So I went to this place 2 different times, months apart. First time i ordered a hero sandwich. Turkey and Swiss. He asked if i wanted lettuce or tomato and i said no.There was literally 2 slices of turkey on it and 2 slices of Swiss. And thats with me asking for extra Swiss when i first ordered the sandwich. I could tell it was a new employee based on how the other guy was talking to him. So i chalked it up to that. The 2nd time i went in i ordered the same sandwich. I received the exact same horrible sandwich. Only this time he gave me lettuce, tomato, and onions on it, WHICH I DID NOT ORDER. And it was a different guy making it this time, elderly guy with glasses and a beard who i saw in there the first time talking to the new employee, so i think he’s the owner.I say this in the kindest way possible - I have no idea how this place is still in business or gets anyone to go there more than once.

Had a Catered Lunch yesterday at my work. Everything was Fantastic !! I did not hear any bad comments, over 300 employees had lunch on all 3 shifts !! I did not hear ANY complaints from anyone. We had BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Cheeseburgers, Mac and Cheese, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob and all the fixings for the burgers . Cookies for Desert, and Tea and Lemonade. Staff was Great making sure everything was hot and ready !! They even came out at Midnight for our night shift !! I would give them 20 Stars !!

Says they are open but they aren’t. Update your hours and stop wasting my time.

Wanted a turkey AND sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The woman taking the order repeated it back to us. We go to sit down and the owner comes out saying they don’t have turkey sausage. Then as we are waiting for it to be made, the owner comes out and wipes the table that we’re sitting at getting other people’s crumbs on us and who knows what else. Couldn’t wait until we left? Then we got charged $13 for the $3.99 sandwich and two $2.49 ice creams.

Great little deli, been going there forever! Great hoagies, egg salad, tuna and chicken salad . Good breads, and cold refreshing beverages as well! Seating inside if you'd like to eat there. Lots of different ice cream treats for dessert too! Love it! Especially on these hot days when you just don't wanna cook! Grab a old fashioned hoagie. The best!

06172019: Placed me order at about 115PM through Grubhub. Owner failed to update Grubhub to let them know thatmy order was completed. When Grubhub still showed the order still being worked on (10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready), I called to find out that the order was ready. When I picked up the order I found soggy, cold, greasy fries (yuck!!!!). And, then when I got home I found that the restaurant prepared my cheese steak without cheese. I am done with this place!!!
