Lots of options, and huge portions for reasonable price. The ice cream is very creamy and there are a ton of different options. I thought the small would be easy to finish but it was a lot more than expected. For locally made ice cream this is delicious. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff, arcade machines if you're bored, not a ton but decent amount of seating.

Delicious ice cream. Shorter lines than the original location but less flavors as well. Very convenient to all that south side has to offer. Friendly service. The layout is different than the other location and it seems you order then pay at this one which through us off. There is not clear "line starts here"

terrible service , i would not recommend anyone go here . very unsanitary and gross. the ice cream has mold . the worker couldn't even count my pretzel sticks . idiot gave me 3 when i paid for 5 . this is unreal . please save ur money and time and don't go here . i had the squirts for 5 days after because it's so bad ...

I ordered a two scoop cup and wanted two different flavors. I was told I can only get one flavor. If I want two flavors, I need to order the four scoop size. When I questioned why this is the case I was told that the store will lose money if they allow it. The owners feel you will order the larger size if you want two flavors. Not in my case, four scoops is more than I wanted. I did get the two scoops in one flavor. The ice cream was good, but I will take my business elsewhere next time. There is a great ice cream shop in Coopersburg that allows two flavors and their scoop sizes are more generous.UPDATED- I appreciated the response from the owner who said that if I ordered two scoops I can get two flavors. This info should be passed on to employees. I was at the location by Lehigh University at approximately 2:30pm on Thursday.

Okay, sorry that the photo makes it seem like my ice cream cone was HUGE ? but it really was what I felt like generous portions. (Of course, it'll depend on the person serving you ?). They make their own ice cream - their cappuccino chip flavor was good but the cherry was extremely flavorful! ? Definitely worth going there if you're in the area.

The counter service was TERRIBLE. Although there were at least six employees behind the counter, we were told that only two employees were taking counter orders, even though the line of customers extended out the door. Eventually, the owner steps-up and starts taking orders. To make matters worse, the ice ream is not that good. Don't waste your time and money at this establishment.
The ice cream is always great. Only issue is service is slow because there's only one worker and it gets so busy being by Lehigh University.

First time going here and literally all of the customers in front of us ordered shakes. I guess it’s their specialty ? Busy Saturday night when we were there. There was only one person working so the wait was long, however the staff did a great job with so many shake orders and maintained a great composure! We just had a big dinner so ended up getting the small cups of peanut butter cookie and almond joy ice cream. Portion was generous and the ice cream was tasty!
