I tan next door and walked by this place for months and had been wanting to go here....so made a reservation. Did not check menu or pricing so fiance was a bit surprised at prices...oh well. BUT...it was soon good and he agreed. The steaks were perfect, and the loaded potato...the asparagus could be grilled a bit or something. I got the raspberry something cocktail and it was so good! I love the atmosphere. I would go in just for drinks. Also please note, the sides are enough for two to share. I would absolutely dine here again.

The menu looked good and reviews were mostly raving about this restaurant so decided to give it a try.Enjoyed the burrata appetizer- nothing too special but it was nicely presented and tasted good. The Caesar salad was excellent and the dressing tasted homemade. Ordered the cowboy steak and my wife had the filet mignon. She didn’t care for hers but I really enjoyed mine. I give them a 5 for food. But can’t give the entire experience 5 stars because one of our two servers was very poor. The second one- with glasses and who spoke Spanish was superb. The the other server was very curt. We were offered freshly baked bread which looked amazing on the other tables. It didn’t arrive. When our appetizers arrived we inquired about the bread, and were told it would be checked on. 15 minutes later it didn’t arrive but was served to a recently sat table. We inquired again with the person who delivered to the other table when the curt server observed the conversation and simply rolled her eyes at us. She later delivered our entrees and never apologized or spoke to us again. Thankfully the other server was there and gave us excellent service.Realize it is not that big of a deal about the bread but ultimately the poor service and rolling of eyes unfortunately ruined the entire overall experience for us.

I cannot recall our servers' names (two very nice young ladies) but they were both attentive and pleasant. We started with the Calabrese eggplant, truffle gnocchi, and the polpo e patate (grilled octopus). This is THE BEST grilled octopus I have ever had and I have had at least a hundred. It was so tender. The eggplant was pretty good as well. The truffle gnocchi was over salted and I told our server. They kindly replaced it with a less salted one and it was superb. I ended with the lamb shank and OMG it was ridiculously delicious. The manager Yosef was an amazingly gracious host. This place is where it's at for good food, service, and ambiance.

Highly recommend, absolutely wonderful food, service and ambience. Definitely will be going back. It is an hour from our house and all the way home me my wife, daughter and son in law talked about how wonderful it was.

The best in Lehigh Valley! The best Wagyu in town! Don't miss this gem. Jesse the bartender is so sweet and makes the best chocolate martinis!

Went last night, a party of 5, Tony was our waiter, very professional and friendly. We got the raw seafood, tower appetizer, shrimp, lobster all amazing. My steak cooked to perfection, foods came out normal without excessive wait despite they were busy. Hubby got the Beef Wellington. Delicious and well presented, as was everything. Our table was always serviced with water refill, wine refill, everything was impeccable, and the owner made rounds, checking details. A nice elegant touch of class to a very classy restaurant in every aspect.

I FINALLY get to leave a review! I have been dying to visit and we finally had the chance tonight. I was beyond excited with anticipation and was still blown away. The food was out of this world! The staff was amazing! Sammy and Genc made us feel like VIP guests. The entire experience was 5 stars all the way. I should mention we had a party of 20 people which can cause understandable delays/issues. No one skipped a beat and the dinner from start to finish was flawlass!! Not one complaint! With so many people I think the entire menu was ordered and everyone was pleased. All the steaks were cooked perfectly. I personally had the seafood tower. Wow!! Just WOW!!! My main course was the scallops, and as it is a go to for me, I can say you will not be disappointed. Best scallops I've ever had. I can't say enough positive things about the food or experience. 100% recommend!!!

We went last night to Orchid after going there for the first time on New Years Eve which was super crowded and our food took forever and some peoples entrees were even cold. This time was better and good but not great? Service was excellent and our waitress was super friendly and helpful. Two managers asked how we were. The drinks were off.... one asked for Kettle one a little dirty and it was yellow from so much olive juice. My kettle one with lime had no lime second time and I asked for extra lime and got 2 teeny wedges? The clams casino was tons of breading and was very lemony which is not "typical". The seabass and scallop entrees were excellent but the pasta dishes again.... Lemony? What's with all the lemon? It's was overpriced for what we got and the room is loud. It's a beautiful place but too open to have a conversation. Our group preferred Apollo where the menu is more diverse, food and pricing is fair and not so open and loud. We've had the steaks here which are incredible but at $60-$70 is so unaffordable to so many with inflation. More NYC pricing than Bethlehem.

We had a great experience here. Bartenders were super friendly and food was great...as were the cocktails! They did a nice job on the trendy decor as well. Cool place to hang

Just had an amazing experience at the best steakhouse in the Lehigh Valley, Orchid Steakhouse! Ordered a ribeye with lobster tail and was cooked perfectly. Theres not many fine dining restaurants near by and this blows everyone out of the water. Bar service was amazing and the decor is very inviting. They also have a very satisfying wine menu for any “winos” out there. Well be back!

We had a pair of servers for our table of 4. Tricia was lovely, I'm not sure of the gentleman's name but he needed a little more training. Our food was delicious. Our issue came towards the end when a server spilled a soda at the next table. The soda went into my bag and down my coat. I'm assuming it was the manager who brought me a wet and dry rag to clean up. We were all a bit surprised that no one checked back in on us to be sure all was able to be cleaned up properly. I've worked in plenty of restaurants and when that happens, management usually checks in and offers dessert or something as an apology-not here.
