I’ve seen so many friends of mine posting about the food here so I had to try it out for myself. Everything was amazing. From the vibe, to the staff and last but not least the food. We had the brisket, jerk chicken, sausage and ribs w/ Mac and cheese and mango pineapple slaw. Literally no complaints about anything. Ribs fell right off the bone, brisket was so juicy, the slaw was so refreshing and the Mac n cheese so cheesy, 10/10 cheese pull with every bite. Everything is packed w/ flavor. By far the best bbq I’ve ever had! Will definitely coming back.

Taste Smokers catered the lunch for our student event at Penn State Lehigh Valley and it was amazing. Brisket, jerked chicken, slaw and mac and cheese were all amazing. It's not the first time we have had Taste Smokers and they do not disappoint. They made a large group of new fans in the students. Highly recommend everything they offer.

We had a lunch & learn today and the food from Taste Smokers was so delicious and I have to emphasize on the Salmon, it was so tasty, I wanted to go back for more! Yo, Taste Smokers BBQ in Bethlehem is where it’s at! Chef Q, the owner, made sure our big takeout order for the crew was spot on.Props to Chef Q: Dude's a legend. The space is dope too, tons of cool artwork. Definitely want to go back to watch a game.Brisket & Ribs: were crazy good. Super tender and melt in your mouth. Ribs were meaty and juicy as well.Wings: were big and had a ton of flavor! even were juicy still the day after for leftovers. (I forgot to take pics because we dove right in but everything was setup nice for catering/large order)Sides on Another Level: That mac and cheese was next level, no joke. Pineapple and mango slaw was fire. We did Green beans and elote and everything slapped.Must-Visit: Anyone in Bethlehem or passing through, don’t sleep on Taste Smokers BBQ. Quality like this is rare. Looking forward to trying the salmon and jerk drumsticks next time. Big ups to Chef Q and the team.
Amazing food and great service. Went in on Saturday and was the only customer there. Order the Mac and Cheese with pulled pork. Food came out quickly and tasted wonderful. Will be stopping in again.
