Had slice of pizza at Terminal 8 and it was "OK" not the best and certainly no complaints, however, $6.95 for a bottle of S. PELLEGRINO was roughly 50% higher price than I would have expected.... consumers beware...

A restaurant that allows racism and harassment by other employees of lighter complexions and races. Openly encourages a gang mentality. I was intentionally burned by an oven left open by a coworker. My complaints were ignored. I was called a monkey, n***er amongst other things. While they allowed my coworkers to show up to work high and get high on the job and to try to fight me on their day off. Worst job I've ever had.

The food is actually good that’s why the second star is there. The service is absolutely atrocious. Rude beyond rude. If you want to feel like a burden to someone whose job consists of scooping noodles into a cardboard bowl and putting a lid on it then have at it. I’ve learned to expect this treatment and don’t let it bother me because if I did I’d be through the roof. Just this evening 3 people walked out of line hearing how the woman spoke to people. One gentleman left after waiting the whole line because of the way this woman barked at him that it was his turn. The gentleman was looking up at the menu as she said “NEXT person!!” “NEXT” “I’ll take who’s next!!!” As she’s said all the without even breathing in between the man was trying to speak but she was pushing so hard he just walked off. It was wild it felt like one of those satire places where they’re rude as an act. This was no act as she physically pushed her coworkers out of her way as they were taking and order “too slow” assuring he had the order correct. The name on my receipt says Nathaly terrible terrible hospitality. But good food. So I suffer through it just be prepared.

I was staying in the casino and in the mood for pizza. Three separate times. Quick expensive slices. Not gourmet pizza, but did the trick. Something about the pepperoni's were very tasty. That specifically is why I kept going back. The pepperoni. The slices are pretty big, just about worth a $6 per slice cost. The service is fast and not unfriendly.

The pizza is great but their workers are horrible.They need to go to a coaching class on how to treat customers. They are horrible especially the young man they have in the front he can’t handle the crowd. If you guys open early be ready for the people with out us you would not make no money.

I was craving a simple slice of pizza. I saw the guys behind the counter touching all the food without gloves. I turned myself around and went somewhere else.Absolutely disgusting, I definitely would not recommend

Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021 went to Windcreek Casino. We have food comps so we went to the line at Villa Fresh. Ordered food, got to register, and the young woman who prepared our food also was the cashier and we gave our comp card and she said the computer was down, we had to pay cash! We said no, when will it be up? She said 30 minutes. We said, why isn't there a sign at the FRONT of the line since many people used comps? She didn't answer. We then watched as others were told the same thing: they had to pay cash. PLUS...they were told she couldn't make change so she was keeping all the change. One man said, it's almost a dollar change, don't you have it? She said no. Who knows how much she made on that. When we came back 45 min later our food was still there. We asked if the computer would now take comps....she looked at us and made a face and said 'what?'. After explaining and being told yes, we then waited 25 minutes more for her to put our food, now over an hour sitting on a counter, in a bag to go. It was awful!! All the while she waited on the people in the line and kept all their change. Never again to both Villa or Windcreek if she is an example of the service.
Card reader was down. Wouldn't take debit card or comp cards. Girl was nasty that waited on us. By time we were able to pat, Stromboli was cold and hard as a rock. Pizza was cold and favorless

Horrible Service!! My son played baseball all day for showcase. It was 8:15, we ordered a chicken wing pizza to have it delivered to our hotel. The delivery guy showed up with a small bag of chicken wings. I tried to refuse the bag. He said that's what the restaurant gave him. I showed him what I ordered. Henry from Doordash was awesome!! He tried to help me. He actually went back to the restaurant to try to get my correct order. I contacted Doordash and we had a 3 way conversation about the issue. VILLA told me I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER!! I told them I wanted my pizza, I didn't want to cancel my order!! To have another delivery, I had to cancel. So, I did what I was told and reordered another pizza. My ETA was 9:55 for my pizza. The driver called me around 9:55 and said their was no pizza. I called the delivery company, they called VILLA. VILLA told them that the driver just took my pizza, I should be getting it. They lied and NEVER made my 2nd order!! The pizza NEVER showed up, we went without supper. It was too late to have another delivery. They supposedly gave me a $12 credit. Which I'm not from around here and will never use it. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Went there 50 minutes before closing for a couple of sandwiches,was told they couldn’t do it because they already cleaned up.This is the second time we went there plenty of time before closing and were limited to only old dried up pizza that’s sitting there for hours.
