It’s a great place to shop, but here it is 2022 and this chain doesn’t match competitors prices. There’s literally a Weis a few blocks away that offers the same products at a cheaper price and even though I despise Weis, I’ll make a run there to save a buck. Granted wegmans has a much larger choice of products, but our wallets are hurting and they make enough off their overpriced prepared foods

My favorite supermarket. They have so many different varieties of food from all over the continent. The prepared food tastes amazing also. I was originally born in England so I come here to purchase the food and treats that are imported from the UK. They also offer a variety of vegan food and organic food, vegetables, fruits, chips, you name it they have it. The store itself is so clean and organized. The employees are super friendly and always helpful. For instance, today wasn't such a great day for me to be honest and I was feeling kind of down, it was around 10:00 p.m. and I decided to go do some shopping, I get to the register to pay for my groceries and the cashier whom I wish I could remember her name was just so friendly, she was asking me how I was doing that evening and even though I was feeling down of course I didn't tell her that. We were just chit-chatting while she was scanning my items and after paying for my groceries she looked at me and said " do you like earrings?" yes! I love earrings I replied. I'm not kidding you she took out her pocketbook from under the back counter and pulled out all these earrings in individual plastic baggies and said to me "which one would you like? "She said "I make them myself and you can have any pair that you want" oh my gosh my eyes were filling up with tears, not to be too dramatic but I was so happy within that moment that this stranger was being so kind to me, she must have picked up or sensed that I was not having such a good day. I picked out a pair and then she gave me two more pairs, wow! I thanked her and told her she had just made my day and which she did. What a wonderful human being. Just for that kind gesture I will never go anywhere else to shop. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but I'm sure I will see her again and when I do I will be wearing the earrings that she gave me. Thank you so much! The manager of this store should be so proud of his/her employees, definitely five stars from me.

Thank you for making my wife's birthday complete. I ordered her favorite cake from you guys. Chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. I've been getting her this cake for years. And we had a little issue with the pizza. It was over cooked and burnt but your ladies in the pizza area took care of me and only charged me for one cake. I had no issue paying for two but they insisted. And I appreciate it!!! Keep up the good work!

This is difficult to write since I've been a customer here at this location for many years and always loved it and it's workers. However during this pandemic this Wegmans has really dropped the ball ...well at least the Bethlehem location, I can't speak for the others since I don't shop there. A pet peeve I had even before covid when I shopped in store was the constant issue of being out of stock on certain items...at time for a couple of weeks....while the Nazareth or Allentown locations would have plenty of the same item. They would have all kinds of excuses but as a customer I don't care. I want to shop at a place where I can always get what I need. As my boss (or any boss) used to say if you gave them an excuse for something not working right; " I don't care, just fix it!" Figure something out. Well during the pandemic it has gotten worse. So much so that I was forced to start supplementing my shopping at Giant. After doing this I began to notice that they always had what I needed. Well, at least most of the time. Then something else. During the pandemic Wegmans raised their prices for each item for curbside. I believe they said it was 15% per item but whatever it was we were paying substantially more for each item. It hurt our pocket. Meanwhile Giant didn't do this, They charged a measly $2.99 extra per order. So if I bought $100 worth of groceries they would be normal priced and my total would be $102.99. On top of that, if they didn't have something they would replace it but not charge any differences. For example: I ordered a 12 ounce bag of coffee which cost about $5 and they were out of 12 oz bags. They replaced it with a 24 oz bag....twice as much...but still charged me for the smaller bag I ordered and they do this with all items. If they are out and they replace it with something more expensive they still charge the original price of what you ordered. Since we got into this pandemic and curbside I've shifted to doing the bulk shopping at Giant saving only a few items for Wegmans each week. Certain things that they have which I'm familiar with and continue to get there (very few). Once this is ended and I begin going back in-store I will be able to better check out these items and totally switch to Giant. Sad....I loved Wegmans but they totally let me down here. The other sad thing is that unlike other businesses Wegmans won't respond to any of these reviews.

I usually wouldn't write a review like this but this Wegmans was shocking. It was so unprofessional that I laughed out loud twice. I walked in and three uniformed girls were skipping around together, laughing and taking. When I went to the cashier, he was literally texting the entire time he checked me out, like on his phone while he was scanning groceries. I would say that it was a fine experience because it was entertaining. But the prepared food that I usually get was not as good as other locations.

I love Wegmans. I love all their food and their prepared meals. I wish they had more veggie sushi rolls. They're pizza is good and at a great price. I really love their vanilla granola.

Mariah at customer service was unhelpful, working very slowly and I left extremely disappointed with my experience at we gm and today where I spent over $100 on groceries. She does not belong in customer service!!!!

I typically go to this store about a Lehigh student it's very close and convenient. However in my most recent visit I experienced racism that was so off-putting I'll never return. I went to the self-checkout counter and actually scanned at the register nearest to the employee watch person. She hovered over my shoulder. Each time that an item didn't immediately scan (bc those things can be tricky) she would walk over as I was trying to re-scan the item and watch me do it. To the point she literally stood directly beside me and watched me bag and scan each item. I am a paying customer and as a black woman in this political climate I'm not going to be made to feel like a criminal for faulty machines being unable to read scanners. When I left she didn't say bye to me even though she did every other customer. NEVER RETURNING.

Prepared pizza is AWFUL. What a disappointment. I expected it be the same as the in store pizza sold by the slice. There’s no comparison. I would have been happier with a piece of Ellios. Nasty nasty pizza.
