Till the staff learns what common courtesy is.drive thru...1st thing i hear is a rude dude "yeah what do u want?" my reply kids meals chicken nuggets, after each item i ordered and before i could say anything else he says back rudely "what else" I finish ordering he says "go to 2nd window". get to the window & the chick doesnt say anything grabs my money gives me change slams the window comes back with food opens window & shoved the food at me. The whole time giving mean looks and not saying a single word. Customer Service is SUCKS!!! If you hate your job that much find another. The food was terrible. Threw away the food. My kids could not eat the nuggets because they were dried out & the fries were old. only good thing was the juice box.

Stopped by at mid-afternoon for an early dinner takeout. Two customers inside. Greeted at the counter and order was taken with every item repeated back for accuracy. Ordered two double Baconators and regular fries. Everything was then prepared fresh. Everything was hot and done in just a few minutes.I don't know why so many people complain so much about so many things when this store does a great job. Good, fresh and hot fast food. Oh yes, clean too!Stop by.

Worst Wendy's worst service if you come to this place be prepared to wait in line at least 20 minutes just to order your food oh yeah that's in the Drive-Thru I rather drive far away and go to another one

Stood in line for over an hour waiting to order. There is absolutely no organization. The manager has no idea how to manage. The store was dirty. Didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait” when I finally did get to place an order. The manager looks lost and confused and like she could care less.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stopped in the other night, it was fairly busy. While we waited the employee working was giving everyone looks of disgust and had no sense of urgency in taking care of customers. I then proceeded to watch her pick a fry up off the FLOOR and put it in someone’s order. After deciding not to order we stopped in the bathroom on the way out, only for two employees to be in the bathroom rolling a blunt ??♀️
