Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

Any other time I’ve ordered from this location it was decent with the occasional missing ranch or blue cheese. Placed a late night order for pick up, didn’t think to tell the person picking it up to check the bag, missing a whole 20 piece boneless wing aka my 2 daughters dinner. We live 20 plus mins away. Their solution, call and order it next time you want wing stop and it’s on us.. well it really wasn’t on yall if I paid for it and never received it. Actually it was very inconvenient cause my daughters wouldn’t eat the other wings we ordered cause of the flavors. Wing stop is too pricey to be forgetting/messing up peoples orders. I get it nobodies perfect but I expected more then just order it next time and we’ll “cover it.”

Ordered food there at 4:06, was finally given it at 4:45. Eaten here before and the staff then was friendly, staff today were okay. Wait was way too long and sauce was spilled all over in the bag. I was also not told that my food was ready, I waited about an extra 8 or so minutes to be told it was out. Staff today dropped the ball entirely. Another customer was waiting well over half an hour and an employee basically told her there would be no compensation for the fact that they messed up the order and started over. Will no longer be coming to this wingstop.

Ordered 20 wings and they all came with little to no sauce. I thought since the entire idea of a wing revolves around the sauce I could call them and ask for a future discount since the wings were basically just chicken nuggets with a dash of sauce. They offered no discount and didn’t apologize. Will never be ordering from this establishment again.

First of all the manager of this place was so rude and I could smell the liquor off this breath. I went in there a few days ago to order and he had a terrible attitude with me which made me not even want to eat there he also smelled like liquor and he was smoking near my food. Now I don’t know what you guys do over there but I want absolutely no parts!!

Their doordash advertises that they accept orders until 12.00AM. It was around 11:20PM I submitted my order. Not only did they accept my order, they managed to cancel the order 30 minutes later. After waiting patiently of being lied to! They could’ve cancelled it right away. Seriously? Don’t advertise on doordash that you accept orders until 12:00AM. My dasher changed twice because the place was already closed without even notifying me or the dasher. Thank you for wasting my time and my dashers time. Dissatisfied, thumbs down.
