Was at this store tonight. We still had 20 minutes before it closed. We go in and ordered We got attitude because the girls were ready to close .after we got our sandwichs we went to leave the girl followed us to the door and locked it granted this store doesn't close until 8 pm and it was 10 minutes til 8 .I will not go back to this store at night .I will go during the day when I can get friendly service with a smile instead of attitude because they wanted out of there .

Will never visit again. Was passing through and stopped for lunch. Lady working (Gina) was very rude and condescending. Was not a nice lady whatsoever. Sandwiches were worst we ever had. I can easily make a bread and lettuce sandwich for much cheaper at home.Definitely do NOT recommend!

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I came in hoping to have a nice lunch but my experience there was sour. The quality of food is subpar and the customer service is worse. I'm certain the lady that helped me was named Gina and she was the worst human I have laid my eyes on. Trying to ignore her backhanded comments was making my ears bleed as I just needed to hurry and make my food but after the disrespect and rudeness I received from her, I refused service all together and as I went to leave, she continued to mumble to her coworkers about what a waste of space I was...Needless to say, that Subway is a dumpster fire and I will not giving them any of my hard earned money!! Make the trip elsewhere in Gettysburg, they at least have common sense!!!

I VERY RARELY LEAVE BAD REVIEWS UNLESS ITS MULTIPLE THINGS...BUT THIS PLACE TAKES THE CAKE....can say if you go here in the afternoon when the adults are working... no issues, but the last 4 times I have ordered in the evening there are multiple things wrong on every order...And literally order 4-6 subs multiple times and eveytime EVERY SUB has SOMETHING WRONG...cold meat missing ingredients etc...and when you call to address it.... NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE...and when you show up before the time they close DOOR IS LOCKED and there are people who see you with a sub bag in your hand because the order you just picked up is wrong and they don't EVEN ADKNOWLEDGE YOUR PRESENCE it gets a bit frustrating...UPDATE THEY CANT PULL OUT FLATBREADS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BUSY BUT YET CAN STAND THERE AND HAVE A PERSONAL CONVERSATRION FOR OVER 5 MINUTES WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING

It was my son’s birthday on Wednesday and we wanted to get some subs to go to the park for a picnic. I ordered online and there was no option to make personal edits to the order, so I called in. The employee was so accommodating; she took care of all of my needs and was super polite in doing so. She even called back to make sure she understood the directions I gave her. I got to the location and the girls who were working this day were professional, the store was very clean, and I was overall SUPER impressed. I will be going back, for sure. I know that currently the staffing situation is hitting hard on any restaurant business- but whatever the management is doing at the Biglerville Subway should be replicated. Please give those girls a raise!

i went to subway yesterday and a worker named cole was completely throwing the vibes off. he was yelling at another worker and cursing and boxing in the kitchen. the store reeked of cigarette smoke and mid grade weed. my son has asthma and had a asthma attack when we ordered because they were spraying so much cologne to cover up the smell.
