“I recently tried G and J Pizza for takeout, and it was fantastic. The holiday pizza I ordered was delicious, with flavorful toppings and a perfect crust. Their flan was a delightful surprise—creamy and rich with a great caramel flavor. The pickup process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for tasty pizza and great dessert to go, G and J Pizza is a must-try!“

“The thought of it just dawned on me so at the very least, let me leave a detailed explanation here. For context, my father passed in March 2022 this happened prior to his passing. Some time in January/February my father called me because he was hungry. My father was mobile but that day wanted to use his wheel chair. I spent the days with him and would put him in bed and go home. This day he got out of bed wanting to make something to eat, eventually calls me and I suggest Dominos. It's the only restaurant we know that'll deliver after 10pm. I put in an online order, paid for it, put tip on the card. All my father had to do was wheel himself to the door and grab the pizza. What we didn't know than was my father was rapidly declining with an infection taking over his body and he was growing increasingly weaker by the minute.. That night he was feeling particularly weak and couldn't stand or carry the pizza back and roll himself to the kitchen. He expressed to the delivery guy he needed help, if he could set the pizza inside for him. Let me add, I understand the risk in todays world and fully commend this man for going above and beyond. The delivery guy didn't even hesitate, as I'm watching on a security camera inside the house. He wheels my father into the kitchen, sees my father was set up to eat in the living room, so he takes 1 pizza to put on the table. He takes the 2nd pizza and puts it in the fridge, at my fathers request. Goes above and beyond to move things around in the fridge so it fit. He then brings my father his soda and asks if he'd like it opened. He tries to let himself out but my father had to lock the door behind him. If that wasn't the case he would have gladly let himself out and my dad would have been beyond content with how he was cared for. It was a beautiful thing to watch in todays cultural climate. And if this review ever gets to you, I want you to know it's something I'll forever remember. To you, it was another day on the job. For me, it was relief that he wasn't alone to do all of those tasks alone, now realizing how weak he had gotten. I can't thank you enough for being a small piece Of happiness and smiles during a dark place for our family. I remember calling my father immediately after and both of us just boasting on what an amazing human you are. I spoke with a manager after this in hopes of being able to thank him directly and express my gratitude. The manager seemed to not be able to figure out or decipher who it was and wasn't willing to help me figure it out. It bothers me to this day, that you haven't been thanked for your kindness. Hopefully you see this and you know who you are!“

“Snuzzles is such a great place. CASH ONLY (With an ATM on premises) and always packed for dinners! Large portions of delicious food of which most are made in house. I especially love the Mario's Wicked Pizza with their own wing sauce and you truly can't go wrong with their cheese steaks.If you looking for some fantastic food look no further. Though be aware dinner service is usually packed and it's a first come first serve seating without reservations.If you made me list a con for Snuzzles is that when it's busy it can take some time for your food to made as it is made to order.Vegetarian options: I love the food here and there are a few vegetarian options. Like the non-meat pizzas and Stromboli's, there are cheese/veggie hoagies that are all tasty.Parking: Unpaved, gravel parking lot. Usually packed full of cars.Kid-friendliness: Always happy and friendly to my child. They have always had crayons and papers available to help entertain little ones. However, no "kids" menu though there are options like the "Sherolly"(essentially a pizza in a hoagie roll) that are very good for kids.“

“Paparone's is a staple of the community for over 30+ years now that has such a classic home style pizza you can't get enough of. I have been going here since I was a kid, and am glad they are still around today. It's all about the sauce! That is something you just won't find at any other shop around here. Also if you want a vegetarian option, try their Tomato Pie, one of the best I have had in this area. It is hard to find a good pizza shop, the family here is very welcoming and definitely shows their love for feeding Berks with some of the best eats!“

“This was my first trip here. The prices were super reasonable! The pizza was very tasty and had a great amount of sauce on it. (I typically have to ask for extra sauce because I am a sauce person.) I didn't even have to ask for extra! The young lady behind the counter was pleasant as well. I will definitely return!“

“I've been about 5 times now and I am so happy to have a local, healthy option for breakfast or lunch during the work day, a 5 minute drive from my home! I love all of the gluten free options. They stuff the breakfast sandwich (the sausage is delicious). It's so great to have this option when I am low on healthy food at home or don't want to cook! I always get either a latte or coffee as well. They have wifi and I worked for a few hours there too while enjoying bfast. Highly recommend Fresh Frenchy's :)“

“Should have left this review sooner, but Easter got in the way;) Ordered a Sicilian with xchz & pep, order of fries and hot wings. Didn't realize they closed at 8PM, I had called at 7:35. They said 'no prob!'. I was the last order of the night. They were cleaning up when I arrived and were super welcoming. Tony still had the pie in the oven. I've eaten many Sicilians and Grandmother pies from Bella's over the years. Never did I have a bad pie. This one was no exception. It was beyond delicious. I know people from outside of Berks that make it a point to eat here when they're in the area on business. Always well worth the visit!!! Kudos to the entire staff.“

“I just encountered the rudest woman (employee) working here. She treated me like a criminal from the moment I walked up to return an incorrect sandwich. No customer service skills. She reminded me of the soup N*** from Seinfeld only 50 times worse. I will never go back. Ever. She was that rude.“

The entire staff and owner are super nice and you feel sincerely appreciated as a customer. The owner makes an attempt to say hello to everyone despite how busy he is. I found this by accident visiting my parents. Now it's in my favorites! Food does not disapppint!“

My cost for two dinners was about $50 with beers. Depending on what you order, the average cost per person is $15 -$20. We stayed and listened to the band that was playing. I believe they have one band or another scheduled every Saturday night.“

“Was just in tonight 7/27 around 545. Place was booming! All but one table was filled (granted it's a small place) but take out was also busy. Two ladies were working and I could tell they were busy so I would of had patience if they didn't get to me right away. However the older of the two asked how she could help me, I said if she needed a minute I could wait but she was on it and got my takeout order in.... Mind you I know plenty of people don't tip on takeout so as someone who has worked the industry I would of understood her putting her tables before me because she's there to pay her bills. (I did tip but she had no way of knowing if I would) so customer service A+ Food came out quick. I got a large chicken cheesesteak, fries and a slice in a little over ten minutes. My mom didn't eat the slice yet so I can't comment on that, I didn't even see it tbh. But the cheesesteak was delicious! Huge sandwich, just the way I ordered it. Super soft roll, didn't skimp on the meat. The fries seemed either over done or the fryer oil needed to be changed. They are the good battered fries though at least so I know under better circumstances I would of loved them. Maybe I should knock a star off for that, but really I won't because 1. Nothing is perfect 2. I got a lot of food for a fair price 3. Quick friendly service 4. It's a small business give people a break 10/10 recommend“

“Thanks to my son, this was our very first time visiting, and it wouldn't be the last. "Oh mami, I smell pizza." LOL, he is such a great boy. So, why, no?! The service is outstanding. Love the taste of the cheese pizza. And the garlic knots were a bomb. Both fresh. And they are big enough for such a reasonable price (3 pieces for $1.50). The atmosphere is pleasant to spend a good time there with family and friends.The lovely lady at the cashier was so sweet to my son, and since I told her, we were there because of him. The chipotle blue cheese wings were the best I have ever tasted. I never tasted an amazing wing sauce like that before. The wings were drenched in sauce and somehow still crispy. They were excellent. My fiancé had the cheesy bacon fries. The friends were incredible and the best she has had in a very long time. Shoe string fries were the game changer for her. The bar was packed and service was very quick and excellent. “11/18/23 We were in the town of Hamburg perusing the interesting shops and discovered it was 2:30 and we were hungry!! It was my first time in Hamburg (not including Cabellas) and we were looking for a place to sit down and eat. Russo's was right there near the antique shops we were investigating so we went inside. I liked the restaurant it was clean, bright and welcoming. The delicious smell of Italian cooking was pleasant and made me that much more hungry! If you could bottle and sell that aroma you'll be rich! I ordered a medium pizza with sausage. The sausage was sweet sliced Italian sausage and I liked it a lot! The pizza sauce was delicious too! It wasn't super sweet like red top but was sweeter than I usually have. Well I really loved it!! The dough was chewy yet crisp at the bottom and I liked the consistency. The girl who took our order at the register was very sweet, friendly and bubbly. You order at the register and sit where you want- they'll bring the food to the table then you'll clear your table at the end of the meal. It works if you don't have waitress service. Great Choice. The menu is pretty large too. Entrees, sandwiches, etc.“
