This place is going downhill fast. I asked for mayo underneath the cheese and meat and you would have thought I asked for them to feed it to me too. Ended up getting a refund because the girl smashed and squished my sandwich because she was frustrated I asked for it a certain way. Won’t be going back to this location. Also, the manager on shift looked like he was on fentanyl or something. Also, he didn’t do a very good job at de-escalating the situation. To me, it felt like he made things worse by the way he and his staff handled themselves. I have gone to Jersey mikes all over the country, and have never been treated with such disrespect and disregard. Correct yourselves please.

Experienced the typical quality with Jersey Mike’s Subs at this particular location, however, only two gents were employed on this particular Saturday afternoon, which is something I’ve not seen before, and it resulted in unusually slow service. They typically have a half dozen folks or so busily working behind the counter, but not here in Blawnox. Ugh.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for a lukewarm, soggy mistake of a sandwich from seemingly despondent staff. The bacon was tough as cartilage; It made jerky reminiscent of red velvet. Completely inedible. I had to spit it out. Bread was okay I guess.

So just got a fairly large order..one sandwich had a long hair in it..yuck!! Still have one sandwich left for another family member, not sure want to chance it..Do better Jersey Mikes!!

When we walked in and went to order none of employees acknowledged us & 2 of the guys were making sandwiches never said we'll be with you shortly or anything. When we did place our order he was very rude and looked at us & spoke with a bad attitude. I'm a Rewards member of Jersey Mike's and this is the only time I experience this / also they kept making phone orders while we were standing there without being acknowledged. Wife was with me & she said you should have been given 1 star! Totally disappointed with the Customer Service

Took me 33 minutes to get a sub. They had an issue with their register, after line waited for 10-15 minutes they took online orders as they came in skipping those already waiting well past normal. Dont waste your time here, worse of the franchise I've experienced by far. Not the first long wait here.

So I ordered the steak with mushroom and grilled onions, minus the jalapeno and sub the american cheese with Mozzarella. Well that did not happen, its like they didn't even get my order. The receipt says nothing but a regular #56, that tells me nothing. A couple a clues that maybe I should have eaten a McDonalds. When I was setting up my order on my phone, it kept taking me to the store in Blawnox, not Harmarville, like I wanted, Like I made my main street on the app and it still takes me that store in Blawnox. They are kind of close together but pretty annoying. Also, for being a new building, a new store it was pretty dirty. He was wiping the counter as I was standing there waiting and he wiped around things, but the one thing he did lift to wipe, was SOOOOOO gross, that the rag should have been burned! It should not have been shown to me for sure, but it was bad. I wouldn't be surprised they have "animals/bugs". The app also did not let me pay when I picked up the food. They wanted my credit card, couldn't find anyway to bypass it. I was able to put 1/2 the sub down but the rest I just couldn't pick off the juice from the peppers. What if I was allergic to them? Maybe I will try the jersey sub down the street in Blawnox, but it will be a while. Just can't unsee the yuck! Service was ahhh just ok. Cashier was friendly enough, but that was about it, everyone else, just look miserable!
