Started out not great when our waitress stood like 2 feet away from our table to take our drinks. Then she returned with drinks and took our food order. She didn't write anything down and took the order from memory. Well... guess what she messed it up. Not surprised. She never brought our food someone else did but all the other tables she waited on she brought them their food. Odd right? I had to ask for a refill. She never checked on us and we had to ask another waitress for our check. Then they charged us extra for ranch and blue cheese when it should come with the wings. Well we never got the ranch of blue cheese but ended up paying for it. 5 bone in wings and 2 pretzels and 6 boneless wings and fries, a soda and a can of beer total was 42.00 that is insane. Lower prices.

Placed an order for take out and food was very good however the items ordered were not all included. We both ordered steaks, medium rare. They were fully cooked. Not even pink. I spoke to the manager whom didn't seem to care. My order was missing the chips but they sent the queso. I asked why they would send queso without chips. His reply was I don't know mam. Never once did I get an I'm sorry. I told him I would expect at least that as a manager that should be a positive example for his employees. A little customer service can go a long way. We will not be back.

1st time in a few years, what impressed. The O rings weren't cooked enough, breading falling off flimsy onions, potatoes skins overcooked, garlic parmesan wing sauce was nasty and looked nasty. I'll try my hometown Lube in Valley View, Ohio soon, hopefully better.
Great place for a fun family night. Kids loved the cars and motorcycles on display. Food was delicious and Abby, our waitress, was excellent. Will definitely come again!

My experience was ok at best. The restaurant remains me of an Applebee's. First off the interior of the restaurant had poor lighting and was filthy. The service was fine. I ordered the pick 2 special which was one appetizer and one meal. I got the mozzarella sticks. They were bland and very greasy. I also got the chicken tenders again very bland even with the BBQ sauce again the breading just had no flavor at all. To add insult to injury I was charged 3.69 for a Diet soda. Overall, this restaurant is just a more expensive slightly worse version of Applebee's.

Came here to eat. After 20+ minutes of waiting I just left. No one ever came to take a order. In meanwhile 4 people chatting on front desk, 3 behind the bar. One server pass me three times. I feel sorry for boss who paying bunch people to do nothing.
