Driving from NYC to Denver to move my oldest and found this gem off the beaten path-if the beaten path is Route 80. Had one of my best veggie burgers ever and love the market that’s attached. It sure beat all the other option. Come on, do you really want Burger King or Sheetz? Do something healthy for yourself and come here.

This cafe was really cute, and had a small menu. We stopped by for brunch. We got the veggie, egg, and cheese sandwich, as well as the french toast. For drinks, we got blaci tea and kombucha. I really enjoyed the sandwich, it had lots of veggies, the bread they used looked very healthy and expensive as well. My new favorite place in the world!! Visited my bro and shared the Vermont Burger with Alaskan salmon and Caramelized onions and apples, the grilled vegetable sandwich with local cheeses, and Thai salad. The bread was amazing, baked by next door bread co. I ended up ordering takeouts to go for dinner because we want to try it all. Service was also super friendly and helpful. Wish they had this restaurant in AZ.
