Avoid - took 45 minutes just to get drinks (not alcohol just regular drinks and they weren't busy). Food was bland and burnt on one side. One of our kids meals never even got put into the system from our order so they were left wondering why they didn't get anything. Will never be back.

Took my family of 5 out for dinner. It's not a cheap trip and I don't take my kid's out often. I want to have a good time and enjoy our experience. This was not one of those trips. This was our first time going to this Ruby Tuesdays and it will be our last.We waited for at least 10 minutes until someone came to take our order. The waitress had to take our drink order three times in order to get it right. We sat for 40 minutes waiting for our drinks.When our food arrived they forgot one of my kid's meals.My husband ordered a steak. His steak was overcooked, baked potato was chewy, undercooked and flavorless.I ordered a cheeseburger. It was burnt on one side and red on the other side. It was falling apart in pieces. It was also flavorless.My son's meal that they forgot was a penne marinara. It was delivered well after everyone else was well into eating. We had to ask for it. The waitress had no clue we were missing a mral. My son said it was really watered down and he complained the sauce had no flavor as well. He was disappointed as he loves spaghetti.My other son got chicken, fries and salad bar. The salad bar was stocked but very dirty with food all over the bar. Not a very large selection with what was available.My other son had butter noodles. I don't think you can mess up butter noodles ??♀️The waitress didn't check on us. Didn't ask about our drinks or if we needed anything else.Service was terrible. Food was terrible. If I could give a 0 star I would have. Took my kids home to make them dinner.That was our first and last time going to this Ruby Tuesday in Bloomsburg, PA - DON'T GO!Parking: Lots of parking availableKid-friendliness: Small selection of drinks, no refills. Lauren was great as our waitress. She was friendly, professional, and helped us order additional takeout meals after we finished our lunch. We usually come here for sticky ribs appetizer and salad bar. Tried a quesadilla today and it was delicious!

Meh not great. Ordered 2 burgers and shrimp dinner. Order my burger well with no onions or pickels. Came out with diced onion, burgers were pink in the center and greasy. Waitress was also the bartender so no i didn't send it back. No I will not be eating here again!
