Waited 38 minutes for tea. Mobile orders were all sitting there for 15 minutes without being picked up, but 20 people waiting for drinks inside. Ordered our drink without sweetener and it came with sweetener. When I asked them to remake it, they insisted that it did not have sweetener in it even though the sticker on the side of the order indicated that it was in the drink and it tasted super sweet. Terrible management.

As always, starbucks never disappoints. I went in to do some work for about an hour. Friendly staff. Places to sit. I'd recommend.

Staff was friendly- but bathrooms had no toilet paper and no hand soap. All napkin dispensers were empty. My croissant was burnt and my coffee was Luke warm. Not sure why the place was being up kept.

Great to see that they no longer have nose rings taking orders and serving food. Some training is still required. Had an order mix up. But then it's Starbucks.
