We waited in the drive thru behind one other vehicle-that had already been served- for close to 20 minutes while the employees messed around with each other and talked to the people in the car ahead of us. When they finally decided to take care of us, not only was the food cold, but they laughed, and one employee blamed the other saying it was his first day. It was NOT his first day. He has been there for awhile. The service we received tonight was awful.

This specific location is by far one of the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of purchasing food from. Over use of condiments to had bad and rushed food. I don't eat fast food very often but when I do Wendy's is the only fast food restaurant I will eat at. The staff was nice service was good and efficient.

Wrong order. I placed it in the garbage. I don't eat mayonnaise and there was a huge amount as if it was a joke. The person on the speaker who was taking orders sounded unprofessional. The young man at the window didn't look clean and didn't have any training in customer service. There are many other choices on route 11.
