Exquisitely well planned and thought out brewery. Every detail was meticulously considered - fixtures, lighting, decor, seating - everything looks top quality. The outdoor space is large and includes corn hole and tables with fire pits! All to naught if the beer is bad right? But it’s also very good - crafted expertly to style, or sometimes a unique combo. They take pride in serving other local central PA products - coffees, sodas, wines, cider, and spirits. A tremendous success five minutes from the state college border.

Not a bad thing to say about Boal City Brewing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The beer was all top notch, a delicious blend of dark beers, everything was cold and wonderful. I could have spent the day and I would have been happy. Definitely will be a must stop when in the area.

You gotta love a cool local spot in Boalsburg. The beer, although limited in variety, is great! The setting is super nice and provides a similar vibe to Voodoo across town, but on a bigger scale. It will definitely be a new go-to for me!

As an alum who no longer fit in with the hustle and bustle of the downtown bars this place I’d a god send. As my wife would say “it’s so cute”, some of the most unique and creative decor in all of central Pennsylvania. The beer selection is awesome and is constantly updating and revolving which is perfect for my friends who are really into craft brews. We also had a chance to talk to Mike the head brewer and the man oozes charisma and beer knowledge. Even though it was busy he took the time to talk to us and walk us through some of the more subtle flavoring of his creation. I will certainly be back and will not hesitate to sing the praises of this place to anyone who will listen.
