I'm not usually a pizza fanatic. I could eat 711 pizza and compare it to most pizza places I've been to. I usually see no difference or care that much to. However on my first trip to Lupi's Pizza I knew. This is THE pizza. The pizza thats overtaken all pizzas. That's made me know what truly good pizza is. Thank you Lupi's Pizza.

I ordered chicken fingers chicken chez steak and a pizza it's bin 55 min and I'm still waiting they made the steak but nothing else so now it's going to be all nasty!! There really going down hill 2 people on a Friday night

Ordered onion rings to go 6 rings for $7.37. What a joke most of them were small. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!

Filthy bathroom and dining room . Woman who took my order had personality of a snail. They had a special on a sign 2 slices and a drink which they refused to honor it stating it is a mistake. I watched the cook clean the sign with his hand then rolled dough wothout washing his hands. I ordered adversied $10 pizza.. They charged me $17....Then they said to come back after 7 pm ..before 7pm its $17. Bottom of pizza was charred.the bottom was burnt beyond recognition. Do yourself a favor..pick up a frozen pizza at a dollar store.

Even when they mess up. They go out of their way to make it right! I order Buffalo hot wings they were delivered dry. I went their with a RAGING COMPLAINT. They calmly settled my anger and made new wings and made sure they were beyond perfect. Even included Xtra hot sauce Thank-

I called this place heading home from work, hoping the order would be ready as I got there,A woman's voice answering the phone asks me to please hold,Then hangs up on me,I called back, womans voice ask me to please hold,But this time doesn't put the call on hold, Just puts the phone receiver down, ( i can hear them working, taking orders, handling the register, ect, )I hear the womans voice casually talking,But doesn't pick up the phone to take my order,( i put my phone on speaker and drive to Lupi's ) , I here the womans voice, none stop talking to coworkers about nothing really, but she the only voice I hear,In hope she picks up the phone and my order will be ready as I arrive,20 drive from work on a Friday,( i arrive to Lupi's still " on hold "And walk in and now i can put a face to the voice, we make eye contact, then she finally stops talking and approaches the register )And says " HI! are you picking up ? Whats the name ? "( I am honestly annoyed at this point )( I just stare at her ? )( With my phone to my ear , and say ) " I am still trying to place my order..... ? "( She looks at me like ? ? )( Then I point to the Phone receiver next to the register. )" ? Im still on hold.......... "She gose " ? oh? .. well what did you uumm what ? ",( I hang up my phone and say ) " ? nothing now ... never mind "( i about face and walk out the door, as I cross the threshold of the door , the woman starts raising her voice, as I'm climbing in my car she's looking at me through the shore front, being boisterous with excited body language throwing her hands in a fit of anger, I'm guessing she bitching and explaining to her coworkers about what she only experienced on her side of this )

This pizza is truly fantastic. It has the perfect combination of dough, sauce cheese and toppings. Food arrived fast and hot on a Saturday night. The driver was friendly. Totally made my evening!

I ordered a small mushroom cheese steak with mayo, ketchup, pickles, fried onions and I was extremely disappointed. The sandwich had a sour taste because the cook put too many damn pickles. Never again will I order from Lupi’s ??

As a Chi native I've had the best and the worst hoagies out there (all-time favorite was E&M's of many years ago!). Since we were first introduced to Lupi's a year or 2 ago, we've been ordering from them every time we come even CLOSE to Chi. Fair prices, HEALTHY portions, quality meats and veggies and the rolls have been nice and soft. GREAT sandwich! Thank you!!
