Worst chipotle experience I've had to be honest. Went on Monday around 6, it wasnt that busy but they clearly had a few dinner customers. The food was thrown around so the line was a mess. The rice was CRUNCHY, clearly undercooked. I could tell it was undercooked by looking at it, I figured it wouldn't be THAT bad. I couldn't even eat my bowl because of that. The tomatoes were soggy in the pico. The employees barely acknowledge your existence. I wasn't even given a receipt. Still working on trying to prove to their customer service that I made the purchase so I can try and get a refund.Update: I did end up getting a free entree coupon and went to my local chipotle in Brentwood and it was amazing so I've somewhat forgiven the experience& raised my review to from 1 to 3 stars I just won't return to this location. I'll never forgive the crunchy rice tho. Absolute blasphemy

Ordered pickup for 9pm arrived couple minutes after 9 to pick it up. Wasn't ready but saw the guy doing mobile orders looked like he was going to complete a batch of orders to be brought out soon. Stood there for over 10 minutes patiently waiting. Guy finally asks what order I'm there for then can't find it. Eventually finds it forgotten about on a shelf above where they prep the food. Had been sitting there the entire time I had been waiting and then some. I asked to have it remade since it was obviously going to be cold now. Even when it's ready on time it's almost always cold after my 5 minute drive home. Asked to have it remade and got a bunch of blank stares only to be told they are now out of the protein I had ordered. Left frustrated and won't be returning to this location. The inside of this location is almost always gross with trash everywhere but they usually give decent portion sizes so continued to go there until now.

Got bowls to go- took a few minutes for anyone to wait on us. Guy cutting chicken said someone would be with us. He looks annoyed nobody was helping the line. Took a few min. kid who finally came serving the food scraped the bottom of the chicken and guac bin. It was actually funny how little he cared. Restaurant itself was filthy. Food and garbage everywhere. Drink fountain had no carbonation. Straight up drink syrup. Nasty.Got home and ate. rice was hard, way undercooked. Chicken was seriously nasty. Full of fatty pieces and was hard. Chips were stale. Threw the whole meal away couldn’t eat it without gagging.So bad it was funny. Doesn’t get much worse than this location.

I am waiting for an online pick up order with a group of other people that have been waiting for their online pickup meals for up to 50 minutes! The garbage is overflowing. There are no napkins. The floors are filthy. Stacked up dirty pans in view. When I notified management of everyone waiting, myself included, all she said was "I know." Poor service. Poor efficiency. Poor everything. If you are craving Chipotle, I do not recommend the Bridgeville store. Drive a little further for a better experience.

Never place an online order here. Always backed up at least 30-45 minutes beyond what is quoted online. Placed an order at 3pm for 5pm pickup and finally gave up at 5:25 and got a refund online. Avoid at all costs.

This place is always a mess. It’s consistently dirty inside and they’re always out of food. The employees always come from a place of no when you make a request. There never appears to be any sort of leadership in this location. The sole reason it thrives is its location.. Came in today to attempt to eat lunch with my sons but left due to lack of food being available and just being told NO when asked for modifications on food order. There were dirty empty dishes all over the kitchen and the restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I don’t know if this is franchised or owned by corporate but whoever is in charge is clearly not doing their job. The manager needs to come in there and clean the place up, properly train employees and provide leadership

Place was very dirty , you couldn’t even put your hands on the table without them getting stuck on it I had to put napkins down so I could lay my elbows there, and when we took them off, the napkins were stuck on the table .there was trash all over the place Even in one of the slots where you’re supposed to get Forks and they have very poor management There should be someone to make sure the workers are doing their jobs. I will never be going there again

Like most, I’ve had plenty of bad service experiences in my life. But nothing tops the mistreatment and humiliation I was subjected to this afternoon. Not only was my straightforward app order more than 35 minutes late, but I only received it after being rudely rejected by staff multiple times upon kindly asking for it prior. Between attempts, I sat for about 30 minutes next to the shelf, awaiting my order, as I watched countless patrons be served. Some waited in line, ate their meal, and left in the time I waited for my already passed due order. Even on my final attempt, after the line had cleared I simply asked if they could now make my order. Instead they rudely dismissed me with a cold bag of food that had apparently been sitting back in the kitchen for the prior half hour at least. Making matters worse, Chipotle app chat bots and perhaps a single human agent continued to give me a runaround seemingly intended to test my patience. Obviously I will not be returning but it’s apparent that beyond this location, this company has some serious issues.

The young man who worked the cash register was awesome. Excellent customer service skills! Warm, friendly and quick to meet the needs of the customer.Plus, I felt like I got a nice portion of food. Sometimes when I’ve gone to other Chipotle's, they held back a little even on the amount of lettuce for a salad. Thus, I was very happy with my lunch order. Great job!
