I always order a regular shake with the dairy free cream. not lactose intolerant just can't handle that much dairy. Tonight they didn't put any of the items in the shake; no toppings. no drizzle, nothing. They stated they "Won't" do that with dairy free ice cream. The girl behind the counter argued with me about it. She refused to acknowledge or even fix it. Even though I stated when I ordered I wanted the regular shake just with dairy free cream. I've ordered this way in the past without issue.poor communication, poor service. wish I grabbed her name because she should've been turned in to the manager.If this is new policy, I won’t be back.

After an unsuccessful visit at another location we came here. We were immediately greeted, the cashier answered our questions. She was friendly, the service was fast. Every one was very pleasant and mannerable. Definitely recommend this location. Great staff! Keep up the inviting attitudes and smiling faces!

First tiny milkshake for 8 dollars way to much tasted like guy put coffee in it didn't taste good at all the guy was very very rude and he asked for a tip I don't think so I can make a way better milk shake at home with real fresh ice cream I will never go there again 12/21/2023 at 2:55
