I held my daughter's 2nd birthday party at Millie's South Fayette! The room itself is darling, and perfectly set-up to host family and friends for socializing, eating, and enjoying ice cream. The staff accommodated all my needs/asks and bringing in my own food was a great advantage. They even wrote a beautiful birthday message on the chalkboard! It was such a delightful morning, and an awesome option for a low-key and super SWEET party!

The coffee ice cream is disappointing. Millie's used fro have a Vietnamese Coffee ice cream that was the best. My wife got peanut butter chip, very little flavor. We won't be back. We used to go to the one in Shadyside it's no longer worth the trip. It's on par with Brusters. Nothing special Tellamook grocery store ice cream is so much better

Probably some of the best ice cream I've ever had Food service was amazing and the staff were top tier! I will agree with some other reviews, it is on the pricier side but that all gets made up for with their customer service and astounding quality ice cream!

Everything was perfect! We originally signed up for the truck but when it broke down Aimee and her team made sure we were happy with the sundae bar. Aimee was very responsive to all emails and was profession at all times. The ice cream of course was delicious as well

We scheduled a visit from Millie's ice cream truck as an end-of-the-year treat for our middle schoolers, and Millie's definitely did not disappoint! They were so accommodating, making sure to provide both gluten-free and dairy-free options. The students raved about the ice cream, and each flavor was just as popular as the next. We held a birthday party for my 4 year old 4 at the South Fayette location. The staff was very accommodating during the party and very responsive to emails about planning the party. One of the children who attended has multiple food allergies and Millie’s was extremely helpful and safe while making the mother feel comfortable. Everyone had a blast! I highly recommend having a birthday party at Millie’s!
