I have come here multiple times and my caramel macchiato always ends up tasting bitter. I’m guessing no one is trained in expressing etiquette because I don’t have this issue at any other location.

It has been over a month I do believe since I visited this particular Starbucks. I have added a photo and a video to a previous review below ?.I am grateful for everyone in Bridgeville, PA. I am hoping to find a way to earn enough money where I can have Starbucks EVERYDAY.Old ?️ Post:I am NEW in Town ✅?. Thank you to the Gal behind the Register ?. This gal has a way with folks, excellent customer service. I wish I would have looked at her name tag. The cafe was extremely busy when I entered. The employees had that spot working like clock work. ordered a venti pink drink with light ice and no strawberries and the barista gave me a cup full of ice with very little pink drink and topped it with strawberries. i had her remove the strawberries but when she gave it back i didn’t realize it was like 90% ice until i pulled off the lot. she also seemed annoyed to have to fix my drink. wasn’t very friendly. but i payed like $6/7 for a cup of ice???

I will never return to any Starbucks. I was charged almost $7 for a MEDIUM peppermint mocha (which ended up not even being made well, sometimes they're just not good, this was one of those times.) That felt crazy to me so I confirmed that I ordered a medium and she confirmed that was the price. I don't know what's going on at Starbucks or who thinks these prices are reasonable but Starbucks just earned Dunkin Donuts a lifetime customer. (the same drink at dunkin, which I've never got a 'bad one' of, is almost half the price) I've had alcoholic drinks that didn't cost this much. Almost $7 for a bad mocha, Starbucks is out if touch with reality.
