Didn’t get food but just got off a very long train ride while having to use the restroom, stop at like 5 different places that wouldn’t allow me to use their restroom til good ol’ BK let me use theirs. Shoutout to the respectful young man at the counter that told me the bathrooms are open (plus bathroom was very clean!)

Not worth it. I should have known better than to try this Burger King again but was in a rush and ordered online. First I asked when picking up the order if certain things were in the bag because I have a sensory kid that ONLY eats certain things and she snapped and said yes I packed it myself. Surely over half my meal was missing. Not that anyone wanted to eat the food we bought because it was ice cold and just not tasty. Asking for a refund for food not gotten doesn’t happen either, close to $20 in missing food items and they want to give me a $10 coupon for a future order.This is the worse Burger King for service. Drive to Bensalem if you need Burger King, this one sucks.

Good location but bad food. Fries were warm and burger tasteless and the cheesey tots were also cold. Just everything was bad and the restaurant was dirty. I won't be returning to this location.

My order was placed incorrectly. I ordered chicken because I didn't eat pork, but they gave a bacon burger. It was a disgraceful situation. The employees were so slow that it was as if they were sleeping standing up. We waited more than 15 minutes. The onion ring was icy. The glasses given to us had no lids left. We wanted barbecue sauce and ranch sauce, but the employee never cared about us. By the way, there was no one but us in the shop, so it was impossible for him not to hear. We had to say it 3 times in a row. Really, they were both very slow and careless.

They don't care to listen to the order , get to the window it's wrong. Order large meals and they don't even fill the drinks it's ice with some soda. Had to have them fix the order . Bad customer
