They have the worst drive-thru ever! You go to the drive-thru you wait at least 10 minutes before you get service they can only do one car at a time. The worst drive-thru service ever. I only go there because it's very close to my house the other stores are out of the way but I'm going to start going out of my way to go to other drive-thrus because there's so much quicker

I'm very disappointed with the quality of my breakfast. Luckily my grandma said that her sausage croissant and coffee were fine, but my Boston creme donut barely had chocolate on it, had a gaping hole in the center and was also raw in the center. I got veggie cream cheese on my bagel and there's barely any spread on there. This is not the first occurrence of being disappointed with the location.

I used to buy from this shop all the time. Their bagels used to be very fresh, and they were never cheap with the cream cheese. This is the 3rd time that I have ordered a bagel and cream cheese at this spot and idk if management changed or new employees but whoever is working in the morning gave me stale/hard as a rock bagels and little to nearly no cream cheese with it. This is the 3rd time and it's ridiculous that you are spending almost $3 or more for a stale, hard and nasty bagel with hardly any cream cheese. I will no longer support this store.

I went here for a normal coffee and was greeted with a rude lady. She came off as rude when I inquired about a promo. The coffee that I purchased was not stirred leaving sugar at the bottom. So I had to throw it out. Please stir your coffees it’s a simple thing that goes a long way.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. Every single time I come here I leave dissatisfied. The staff is rude and refuses to even learn their own menu. I asked for a large frozen mocha. What I got was a cup of blended ice with a splash of creamer that is completely undrinkable. When I corrected the staff that this was one not the drink I asked for and two not even a drink. They said they had no idea what I was talking about that a frozen mocha is not an item on the menu. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN. go literally anywhere else.

They have repeatedly gave me bad service with the line not as long as usual ,from charging me $12.59 for a coffee that said large in a medium cup and a maple bacon sandwich with sausage when I get to the window .This is totally unacceptable! Also to screw up my coffee is not worth my money or going back to make a complaint! So I’m giving you the 1 star because I can’t give you a negative 5 star! May you have a Merry Christmas

I've come to this dunkin for as long as I can remember!! They new my order without me having to say anything!! Now after they just did their most recent renovation, it has gone down hill!! Big time! The staff is not friendly, half the time my order is wrong, they always have the doors locked, and you never know if someone is working or not! I don't know if it's new owners or what, but your renovation only made your store "look" nicer, bring the old staff back!!! They were amazing people!!

This dunkin refuses to open their lobby. I ordered ahead and wanted to park and grab my order because the driver thru was obnoxiously long, and all the doors were locked. Really doesn't make any sense

So I’ve been comin to this Dunkin’ for 15 yrs I live right down the street it used to be half decent now everytime I go i either get a latte or a machiotto and they give me a cup of milk. And I tell them and they remake it the same way and act like I don’t know what a latte is supposed to taste like.. I want coffee not milk.. not only that but they get the order wrong all the time I tell them what I want and they repeat something completely different back because while I’m giving them my order they are yelling at their employees so I have to repeat myself way more then I should it’s very rude.. so unperfessional they treat thier employees terrible I hear it over the intercoms all the time.. I’m sick of this Dunkin

The app sucks for this store. They don't follow directions on the app. I wanted a bagel not toasted with veggie cream cheese on the side. They toasted the bagel and put the cream cheese on it. Very disappointing
