So I received some wrong items in my order and had to take two of them back! This isn't the first time! So I walk in and a woman who is wearing a managers uniform looks at me and walks away. 30 seconds later she comes walking back out and sees me with receipt and bag in hand and just walks right past me without any acknowledgment. I was told her name was Danielle.Anyway another girls approaches and was nice I explain the situation and they exchange out what I was given to what I actually wanted, so I thought. I get home and realize that there's no cheese on the biscuit that I know I asked for and was on the receipt! Like I said this isn't the first time this has happened but it will definitely be the last since I will no longer shop at that store! I'll just go to the Burger King down the road instead where they actually get the orders correct!

This McDonald's is the worst I placed my order on the app. When I received it fry containers were upside down in the bag. The burgers were half way out of the wrappers sloppily put together. Then my Big Mac was the one that pissed me off the most. If it wasn't for my anger management classes I would of been down there to kick the kids a** who made it. It was drenched in Big Mac sauce making it completely inedible it was a soup sandwich. I will not be taking my business here ever the hell again.

Manager, Danielle was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato. Evidently they ran out and I was not told. I overheard her tell a customer I kept trying to get someones attention to order something else I finally went to cashier for refund. she had to go get Danielle. She instantly had an attitude and told me I should have spoken up. I told her that I only knew they were out b/c of overhearing it. That someone filling the order should have told me. She told me to come behind the counter and do a better job. I got just as rude and told her I didn't have to b/c I had an education. she kept yelling rude things and gave refund and told me never to come back to HER restaurant. I sat down to eat, and she was relentless. She was behind counter yelling that she had been disrespected by a woman in dining area. She was telling new customers coming in that she was having a bad day b/c she had been told "she ain't got no education". She did not shut up until we left. She proved my point by acting so unprofessional.

Maybe it wouldn't have taken 20 minutes to get a salad at the drive-through if the employees didn't bring their kids to work!!! Not to mention it's 9:30 PM and the kids should be in bed at that age.
