I bought 2 crab cakes ($23) to take home and cook myself. I have made many crab cakes in my life. They fell apart and turned to mush. Didn't even taste like crab. What a waste, I wanted to cry.

Two issues: First, I placed a call ahead order, as their website suggested, for an $11.99 crab cake platter. I realized the next day, today, (wasn’t given a receipt) that I was charged over $28. Contacted them and was told that prices have gone up and they haven’t gotten around to updating their website. “Prices subject to change.” I understand that seafood is often subject to market costs, but the menu needs to reflect that AND the cost should’ve been stated when I paid for my purchase. Or even better, when I called in my order! Second, the crab cakes weren’t very crabby, mostly filling. I texted my sister immediately after eating them because I was so excited to try them and then was disappointed. If you try Pistol Pete’s, double confirm all pricing at time of order and pick up. And the crab cakes are not worth it.

The “dry scallops” are not dry scallops like I’ve ever seen. They shrivel up so fast and fill the pan with water soo fast I couldn’t even get a sear on these leaky scallops. Thought my wife purchased the wrong type the first time. Well the second time is shame on me. Horrible product. The cooked shrimp were good.

Decent selection of fresh fish as well as cooked seafood platters. They are helpful and good at estimating how much I will need. I often order uncooked fish to go, but this week my dad had breaded shrimp with onion rings and fries for lunch. He said the fries were very good, but shrimp was overcooked. I like that you can get cans of Pepsi since other vendors sell only Coke products.

The food is good but their businesses practices are poor. The menu on their website says Crab Cake Platter $10.99 and Salmon Platter $8.50. My husband ordered and I went to pick-up. We thought the total would be $20-ish. I was flabbergasted when they said $39. They claim that crab prices have tripled. If that's the case they owe it to their customers to update their website and also tell the total to the person ordering. Simply because of today's experience, we won't be back. I should have told them to keep the meals and walked away.

For some reason GrubHub doesn't send a text anymore to rate restaurants. So I just wanted to make sure that I left a review. My order arrived earlier than expected. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. Very, very enjoyable. The white corn soup with crab was outstanding!
