This KFC does not have any corporate standard enforced in a good manner of integrity at this store. Over the years it has been clear the it has been neglected. It is unfortunate because I am a fan of the food. The store seems more to be ran like a daycare than a customer service oriented food establishment. It is a shame as the employees need more corporates standards and rules of conduct. I should not be told “you know what I mean” when my order is given to me correct but he person is calling out incorrect items. Luckily when the cops came into he store the atmosphere changed and I had my child with me. We all should let corporate know we only come to this store due to we really like the KFC food but would come more if they could do some improvements in staff training for courteous customer service.
