“My daughter tagged along with me to get something to eat figuring there wouldn't be anything on the menu she could eat. We were happy to find out Erma's had gluten free food and a dedicated fryer. Someone with ciliacs actually worked with staff to learn about the condition and how to store and prepare food gluten free. I had the grilled chicken salad and really enjoyed the sweet and sour dressing. If I'm ever in Brookville I'll be back!Dietary restrictions: Knows how to prepare gluten free food.“
“The person who takes your order, Jeff, was so rude! He was himing and hawing while taking my order. He had items on my order that I didn't order. He neglected to add an order that I did place. I asked for extra fries instead of apple slices. We received apple slices. We did not get the sauce that was ordered with the chicken nugget meal.I think it might be time to eat at Burger King or Dairy Queen.“
“i ordered breakfest and the pancakes were cold. this was the second time it happened and there were a couple other screw ups. i told the girl behind the counter and i was irritated. she defused the situation and had excellent customer service. and i get it. everything is timed and etc but i think the machine might not be coming to temp correctly i dont think it was anyones fault. i just assume i may have been the first to complain. just her apologizing in all honesty meant alot. if i could give the service 10 stars i would because just the fact they apologized for the issue is something a lot of places are lacking. awesome customer service at this place.“
“Matt was great!! Hope he hears this good feedback!! I felt bad because the other customers were not very friendly to him. I could tell they were understaffed. But overall they did a great job on my chicken tenders. The bread could use less butter though.“
“Friendly, helpful staff. Ordered cheese burger and fries cauliflower. Pruces seemed high, but the burger was huge and got a decent amount of cauliflower. Only real complaint is that the burger wasn't completely cooked all the way through. I still ate most of it though.Kid-friendliness: On the side seating area, there are a few small $0.50 kiddy rides that are in working order. There is also a small plastic playhouse too.Parking: Lots of parking. Across the front and down both sides.Wheelchair accessibility: Since there is no dine in option for this place, it is very wheel chair accessible, with lots of room at the order and pick up windows a person in a wheelchair.“
