I usually go for a ham at Easter. Delicious always. Never a disappointment. Only thing is...there's always a long line. But it goes moderately fast. ENJOY!!

I got the roasted turkey and a honey ham. I would stick with the ham , the turkey was just ok and the ham was good but I expected better for the money. The girls at the counter were nice but not helpful.

My job gets boxes from this place so me and my lady decided to give it a try the lady that served us seemed ok but the other lady seemed like she didn’t wanna be near us, felt a little racist to be honest and got very uncomfortable, and for 30 bucks getting only 2 sandwiches 2 cookies a bag of chips a salad and 2 drink i would expect to be treated better, cant recommend it and i will not be back.

My first venture to the Honeybaked Ham store in Broomall was on 12/15/2022. I had a coupon and thought I would give them a try. I went in the store and a very nice employee, Megan, asked if she could help me. I showed her my coupon and said this was my first time there. I asked for suggestions and she said she liked the roasted turkey sandwich. Since ham is right in the name, I said I think I would try their classic ham sandwich with a side of Bacon Broccolli. I didn't take a picture of the items, as I forgot and I was hungry. The classic ham sandwich came on a croissant and it was very, very good. The Bacon Broccolli was also very good. On my receipt there was a survey. If I completed the survey I would get a code for a bogo sandwich. So of course I did the survey. Then today I went back to the store. Megan was there, as was the owner. I decided to try the turkey and got 2 of the roasted turkey sandwiches. One for me and one for my hubby. These came on a long roll and were just as good as the ham sandwich I had the day before. The owner rang me up but didn't know how to enter my phone number so I would receive "piggy points" for my purchase. Megan came over and showed him how to do it. I said to him "You're the owner and you don't know how to do that?" To which he responded he's usually in the back and that the program was new. I asked if Megan was going to make my sandwiches and he joked about me not trusting his sandwich-making abilities. I said, well you didn't know how to give me points. He said yes, Megan would be making my sandwiches. I liked that he could take a joke. If you are looking for a great ham or turkey sandwich, I suggest giving Honeybaked Ham in Broomall a try. I know I will be going back there again!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE SO I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. Every year in honor of my dad we get his fave ham from honey baked. This year I brought a ham for $56 that was full of fat. Remind you you pay by the weight of the ham and this ham was over 50% fat. I called today and was told bring the ham back and you will get a gift card. I tried to explain to the owner *Andrew* I live close to 30mins away so to drive there for a giftcard and waste gas wouldn't be smart. I wanted my money back but could he mail the giftcard since that's the only option and I'll email the pics of the fatty ham. He said no that's the policy I then asked could I complain higher he replies I write the checks I'm the boss lol like ok sir. Long story short I own a business as well and policy is policy however in some cases you should use your better judgement. For me it's a waste of money but at lease I can warn others. If you can purchase a ham from another location I say do that. Ps. Dear Andrew the boss remember you never know who is on the other side of the phone. I have been getting our ham here for years...Best ham ever!...I've also had theirother products and the quality is always there...you can't go wrong!Staff moves the lines quickly especially during the holiday...i just wish they still had the curbside pickup!
