Absolutely the worst aw I’ve ever been to. The root beer was watered down i was told by a very cranky supervisor (tastes good to me). The whole reason i come is for the root beer. Food was okay but the place is disgusting! The floors had food and debris all over them the bathroom was horrendous the floor has never been mopped urine all over the floor. I wouldnt go back if they paid me.

Been multiple times and this review works for every visit. Never try the drive through. You have to yell your order because their sign doesn't work right and you will need to set aside 20 minutes for the whole ordeal.

An absolute dumpster fire of a restaurant. 80% of the employees are on hard drugs. I shouldn’t have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-through because the employees want to get high. On top of that the inside is absolutely disgusting. Stay away from this

Went through the drive thru and ordered a plain cheeseburger. The cashier repeated it and it is listed as plain on the receipt. When we got home, the burger was not plain at all. The infuriating thing is there is no number to call on the receipt, and it says to complete the survey on the back of the receipt but the back of the receipt is blank.

I had chili dog. Unfortunately the bun was nuked and very rubbery(didn't need the carbs anyway) but the dog and chili were great. Husband ordered the fish n more. Fries were cold but they gladly prepared some fresh for him. The fish is always great.

I ordered 2 number 12 fish and chicken meals. Was $27 and a few cents. Not only was our food super greasy; I didn't recieve my coleslaw with my order. The drive thru cashier was doing her best working front counter as well.

This makes me so sad to say because I LOVE A&W and Long John Silver. But it was horrible. The grease in the fry vats hasn't been changed in long enough that ALL of the fried food tasted burned. The cheese curds, the fries and the fish. Everything tasted pretty gross. The burger was messy and sloppy. I am so glad I have a good one near me but I'll never go to this one ever again. Worst $20 I've ever spent.
