Wonderful service! They were very busy, only a few people waiting tables at the time and our food took a bit of time to come out but the wonderful waitress (possibly the owner?) gave us our meal free of charge. Such a kind person, and awesome service. Will be returning for sure!:)

My partner and I visited PA and stopped here to eat and I got the smashed burger with fries and gravy and it was absolutely amazing! My partner got cheese fried and burger and they were the best cheese fries I ever tasted!
The place looks like a late night diner. The food was ok, my wife's bowl of cabbage soup was ok, a little salty for my taste but again was good to her. Her patty melt needed a little more seasoning but was good. My Reuben was actually pretty decent, needed more dressing but still good taste and flavor. The fries and cheese was really good, a nice size portion with lots of cheese in which I like. The waitress was spot on with her timing for everything and was pleasant. The only downfall is the lack of restrooms but other wise good. I'll be back to try more items..
Hubby and I were on a shopping trip in the area (drove in from WV for the evening) and were looking for somewhere new to eat. We love a good diner, but it's rare to find one out our way that's open past 2pm, so we stopped in since it was dinner time and Burger Hut was actually open. Soup, sandwiches and fries...the soup was tasty but probably a bit better when it was fresh as the cabbage was pretty cooked down...but the flavors were on point. The fries came in a HUGE portion with cheese on top, and they tasted great. My husband's Reuben was good, just needed a bit more dressing. I had the patty melt, which was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of onions and cheese, my only complaint was the meat was lacking any seasoning...so I dipped it in my soup, problem solved! Service was good, very friendly and fast. It didn't seem that any of the three people working (cook, server, girl bussing tables) slowed down for anything, constantly on the move. The crowd was a bit older, they seemed like regulars and were very friendly to us. It truly felt like a good diner with a greasy spoon menu, good service and hospitality. We'll be back!

Burger Hut 2 in Butler PA… nice classic diner with an emphasis on burgers. Plenty of specialty burgers on the menu along with classic diner food. I had the butler, dog and a Smashburger along with chili fries. The butler dog has chili, onion, and pickle spear on it. The burger was fresh ground beef with fresh toppings. The chili was very thick and meaty, and had a great taste. I wish I would’ve gotten chili cheese fries instead of just chili, but all in all out I give it an eight out of 10. And will definitely be going back.
