Gave me COLD snacking bacon, not cool, but congealed white fat cold bacon. Karen, the supposed general manager, told me that's how it's served. I've been eating this bacon for years and never, ever, was it cold.

Awful experience first time going to this location. Ordered online and went to drive thru to pick up. Donuts we wanted were not available. Did not have ones we would have wanted as a back-up either. Understood because they were busy. Received a refund. Waited for the bagel that was ordered. Someone finally came to the window and said the bagel was not available. I said to refund the money for it. She wanted the app since I paid online. Why did the first person refund my debit card and this one said had to refund through the app? Also why did the first person not tell me about not having bagels? Had to do two refunds instead. Ordered 4 items and only got one. Difficult experience. Won't be back.

If I could give zero stars I would I stood there for 15 minutes while a lady stands at the register messing with papers and says nothing to me at all then one of her co worker says to her you gonna help the customer she tells her co worker she’s ignoring her then finally decides to help. I get a frozen coffee that wasn’t even drinkable and a wake up wrap the was so hard it wasn’t edible. Unreal if you can’t do a job that simple just stay home. Waste of money and time.

Stale donuts! No filling! we got donuts early sat morning before 7 am, certainly not worth eating, so stale so a waste of money.....
This place is awful! I stopped going due to hard donuts EVERY single time I’ve come. Went this am to treat my team and we can’t even eat them. I asked the lady at checkout if they had fresh , she stated no we only have these. Never offered anything in place of day old donuts for the price of fresh ones! Never again!

I only stop here after it's been long enough to forget how terrible this location is. At 7:10am on a weekday, you'd assume the donuts would be fresh. They should be embarrassed to have sold something so stale.
