I was passing through the area and decided to stop. It was 12 noon on a firday, so lunch rush. I dont write reviews often, but I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency of the staff as well as the freshness of everything I ordered. Everything was correct. Nothing was cold or stale. I had plenty of napkins and silverware, too. This daylight shift deserves some praise.

We stopped in for dinner.The fish is great there.The young man at the counter does his best, but they are understaffed.Counter areas where condiments, napkins, etc are kept needs a good cleaning.Plenty of parking near the front door.

Have visited the Butler LJS several times. At times the food is good and fresh. However, the majority of the time the food is subpar and over cooked. My biggest complaint is the facility in general. Very, very dirty, and all around disgusting…. Don’t understand why no upgrades are done to the building, inside or out. LJS should be embarrassed!!!

We bought the Family Deal (2-14-24 around 6 pm)...8 piece fish! The fish was pretty greasy and we ordered 2 sides...french fries and coleslaw! We only got maybe a handful of fries and they all were thrown in with the greasy fish and hash browns when they are usually in their own container! It was a mess! Should have taken it back but this will be our last visit to Long Johns! Never had that problem until now! Check who worked at that time I gave you and maybe train them a little better! We paid $34.00 for that mess...never again!
