Received great service at this restaurant. The diningroom was full but we got seated fairly quickly. Even though it was very busy, the staff did a great job, keeping up with restocking the buffet. Our waitress, Hannah, was phenomenal.

Normally, when in Butler, PA, we go to the steak house. This day, there was a 2 1/2 hour. So my husband and I, with 2 of our grandsons, decided to go to Ponderosa. As busy as they also was, they got us sitted quickly. They replaced ran out food in the buffet fast, and I kept everything tidy.. We were very happy when we left and left with full bellys.

Took an hour drive to Ponderosa with a buddy cause I haven't seen one in decades. The food was really good (if a little bland to appeal to the masses) and our server was great. Will definitely be coming

Love can you bring one closer to Montreal please thanks you we miss you a lot in quebec canada you know when i was young i go a lot of time but now is very long road time to come and need ta stay at a hotel for eating you but i did it one time a years lol

Is the creamy Italian dressing the same as it was many years ago? I remember once they changed it then the went back to the older dressing. Is it still the same?

We were here as a family later in the evening. There were a few tables and one big table, but overall not busy because if the time. Our server was great and really friendly with our kids. Ponderosas are hard to find anymore so this was a pleasant experience.

Wheelchair accessibility: When in a wheelchair it hard to go in an hold door an roll wheelchair at the same time in buttler loc. But other then that its a great place to enjoy to sit an eat a good meal.
