Every time I order from there they get it wrong. And now I have accepted that I must be absolutely clear on what I want. Their phone says they are not available. How do you run a business that is unavailable at 5:22pm?

Used to love this place but it's 5pm on a Saturday afternoon and they are not picking up the phone. I then decide to go online to their app and order and the app and website says they are closed even though Google says they are open. Pizza place closed on Saturday evening? What is going on at this location?

I called, got put on hold them hung up on (they said they disconnected) I called back, put on hold 15 minutes. call back, then immediately hung up on. I called 6 times each time being put on hold them either *disconnected* or hung up on. the 7th time I said *do not put me on hold* before I could get disconnected AGAIN. I got told *do Not speak to me like that* then when I said it was unacceptable being hung up in or disconnected 6 TIMES they told me to call corporate and hung up. I walked down there, and explained the situation (a bit heated but I was not violent in any way except I told the cashier to shut up because I didn't wanna deal with her after being disconnected 6 times. they threatened to cal the cops on me for this. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE attitude.

Walk in fridge was apparently down and they were still serving things out of that fridge and i got very very sick! I also overheard employees complaining they havent been paid???? I think someone needs to call the health department and department of labor on them because something isnt adding up over there. I would reconsider a different pizza place in the area.

Ordered a pizza with all the toppings and just got a cheese pizza. Also was overcharged about $15 for what I got. The online help for Slice disconnected when I complained. Never will I order from these morons again.

Ordered through Doordash claims 29 min delivery time, 1 hour and 10 mins later I call the store, get told it's still in store and it's going to be another 25 minutes. No apologiesUpdate....2 hours after initially placing order I get my barely warm food. Never again with this shop

Hampton has lots of menus and I choose Vocelli because I've never had their food.Extremely happy I choose this place over pizza hut, domino's, ext.Ordering was easy, quick and guy who took order was nice.I got Buffalo wings & white cheddar Mac and cheese.Everything is good!Garlic bread that came with Mac is the best I think. Best garlic bread I've had from a pizza shop. Food was hot and delicious.Delivery driver was very nice as well. 10/10 experience all around. I will be ordering in the future.

First time trying pizza from this establishment. We purchased this to take home after a not so great meal at the neighboring restaurant in the plaza. The red top pizza we got was good. The crust was a little undercooked for my liking. The ratio of toppings to sauce to crust was good. I think the price was fair for the toppings we ordered. I’d recommend others to try this pizza place and would come back!It was easy to place an order by phone and the pick up process was seemless.There is a lot of room in the parking lot, so no concerns of where to park.

We ordered for the first time from Vocellis and were disappointed to an extent. We ordered 2 neopolitians; 1 cheese, 1 mac n cheese and garlic bread sticks.First the pizzas. The cheese pizza had a good taste with a nice thick, crispy crust. It was even burnt a little, which was loved by all. The issue, however, was how unbelievably thin the dough was under the cheese. There was more cheese than dough underneath and just fell apart. Cheese fell off and the dough was paper thin.The 2nd pizza, Mac N Cheese- excellent flavor, ate more than I should have, with a large crispy crust that had great flavor. The same issue with this pizza though and it was literally impossible to eat with your hands or even lift. Anytime we tried to pick up a slice from the box, everything fell off because the dough underneath was paper thin. Had to use a spatula to lift any amount of pizza from the box.Last the breadsticks. Very disappointing. They were undercooked, some still doughy and looked terrible. They were very thin, small and bulbsy at the ends. We ended up throwing half of them away because of how undercooked they were.I gave it 3 stars instead of less due to the flavors of the pizzas and dough. Taste was on point, especially the dough. The pizza flavors were a saving grace. Even though it fell apart and we ate with forks, it was all gone by the end of the night, besides throwing breadsticks away.We can't skip the customer service. It was great, no complaints at all. We even had an address issue when ordering online and when I called it was easily fixed. Individual I spoke to was very friendly, verified all the info and fixed the address. Driver was also awesome, very friendly and personable. Online ordering was very easy, fast and simple to use.We'll most likely order again at some point.

They have bugs in the pizza. This is a store full of dirty employees that don’t wash their hands after taking garbage out, smoke cigarettes all day and make pizza with ashy hands no gloves do not go to that place, I even overheard one skinned a deer before coming into work avoid this place and GO TO PIZZA HUT. I WILL SWITCH COMPANIES

The pricing was good, delivery was about average. but the food was amazing. the breadsticks were literally perfect. everything tasted so so good. the pizza was 10/10. i definitely recommend.
